On my initial phone call for information, she gave me advice which was very helpful to me, there was no charge for the information, which is a breath of fresh air, as most companies would charge for this.
I was so impressed that I decided to ask Nikki to complete my Visa application for me.

It was so fast that I had to confirm with Nikki that it was the actual Visa or did I have to wait for further confirmation.

Nikki made the whole process easy. She had a friendly and caring manner, making it all personal taking a lot of pressure off. It was so lovely to have that caring and personal experience with an online process.

Nikki helped me immensely with my visa application. Via email, I sent her the required information and she completed the relevant paperwork for me. She even found the time to call me personally to explain what other details I needed to provide and to reassure me that everything will be fine, which I appreciated. Once the form was completed, she then sent it to be processed and then sent me the approved visa. Without her help, I don't know if I would've been approved soon quickly.

I had heard conflicting stories regarding a 6 month visa and it actually wasn't possible to talk with anyone at the embassy. I received an email from a lady called Nikki who had seen i had started the application but I didn't have the confidence to finish it as I still didn't know if I was allowed.
When nikki called me she put my mind at rest instantly and told me step by step what she would need from me and 3 days later I have my 6 month visa to say she was wonderful is an understatement she was fantastic to an oap. Many many thanks Nikki .

I would like to add, please ignore the negative reviews on Trust Pilot for this Company and their employees. After reading the reviews, I was so worried I might have been scammed.

Nikki helped me with my Australian visa and her efficiency was exceptional!!! Sent through my documents and later in the day was sent a link to pay. I paid first thing the next morning and a hour and a half later I received my visa!!!! Very surprised as the last time I applied it took about six weeks to come through

It is a scam, who pay you to get rid of the bad reviews
It is a awfall organization and is a scam. Do not trust this company!!! After an initial phone consultation I was told I had to pay 1000€ to secure my application without seeing any documentation or agreement.

After that the told me to sign a document, so I did. And know that said that I signed a document so I can’t get my money back.

So I payed 1000 euros for nothing. Don’t pay or sign before knowing where you are paying for!!! Because you will get nothing back and they will not help you anymore.

I am still waiting for the whole amount of money …
The way they made me feel after this traject and call is
unacceptable.

They pay you money back, to get rid of the reviews... So that's why all the low rates are deleted and it looks like a good company...

I still want to file a complaint by the government.

Not sure if this company are genuine or just very badly managed, or just a small group of people (now working from home, postal address is a residential house) working off what appears to be a corporate website, but I had to cancel my visa application with them and restart a new application on the Australia immigration website which I would recommend. I have requested that they show me proof of payment when they said they lodged the application, as well as the application number, and nothing has been forwarded to me. I am nervous that personal information including copies of bank statements (proof of income) was sent. I did get through on the phone, a personal answer message and not presented as a company message, The conversation with Ben also gave me no real confidence. I have asked my bank to investigate. Go direct to the Australian government website and save yourself money.
