Let me share the horrible experience ( Application-VSD202401047) with Visa Service Desk Company.
I enquired about Iraq visa on 23 June 2024 and got confirmation that company can process the visa application and asked me to pay the application and consular fees in full (€159) along with all required documents listed on their website, which I did.
Two days later I was told that the Consular rules are changed and they need local invitation letter and local address (They did not know the rules were changed several months already but even then had confirmed me the visa processing only to take advance fees).

When I asked for refund, instead of accepting ignorance of the visa application process, I was forced to pay cancelation charges of €42 for no fault of mine.
Eventhough the remaining amount (€117) was informed to be refunded within 14 days but even after 25 days, I have not received any refund.
I have send several reminders to the company but none has been responded.
Please beware of Visa Service Desk, about commitment they make to the customer and how they handle the refunds.
