We first met Janeide of visas.pt in April 2025 when we contacted her from Canada and she answered a question we had about a property in Portugal. At the time she was helpful and patient with us, as she answered our questions and determined our needs. In August 2025, Janeide supported us during our visit to Portugal to view some properties we were interested in purchasing. During our visit, she arranged our appointments, and acted as our translator, which was extremely helpful.
Later on, when we decided on our new home, Janeide guided us, step by step, with patience, knowledge, and a high degree of skill. She was professional, and an advocate for us throughout the homebuying process. Even after our purchase, Janeide has kept in touch with us to ensure that we are enjoying our new home!
