Came back with a rapid appointment for me, had a very helpful customer service experience and help center. They were also super honest about not charging me more than necessary, and refunded directly to me whenever Vfs charged them less than what they originally thought. This is a much better alternative to agents that charge 300-400+ pounds for exact same service.

The service has been top notch and a very reliable when you need a quick appointment. Highly recommended!

Support team is absolutely brilliant and is happy to answer even the most silly questions you might have within minutes. 4 days after I posted my order I got the booking confirmation for the slot in 2 days. So less than a week from the initial communication to the actual visa appointment! For London this is an absolute bliss. I booked the auto booking one just for my own sanity and it was absolutely worth it. Got an appointment to Manchester for my business visa in about 4 working days. Also, I sent many, many, many (I mean it) questions to the support and received a response quickly. If you can afford it - go for it. It's a shame you can't get appointments in a straightforward way anymore.

I was able to secure an appointment within days of purchasing the AutoBooking bot. Asked a couple of questions while going through the purchasing steps and the guys were very helpful and quick to respond ! Would definitely recommend.

I used the auto booking feature for an Italy visa in Edinburgh for a trip in 2 months’ time, and honestly it was a life saver. The VFS website is so cumbersome to use and laggy, wouldn’t let me log in half of the time, and doesn’t even allow you to update the page more than a certain number of times a day. So I couldn’t monitor slots manually and ended up using visard.
I just filled out a Google form, paid around £100 and all the stress was out of the equation. In fact I only had to pay £13 initially, and within a couple of days as a slot became free, I got an appointment confirmation from VFS (it was registered directly to my email which was nice), and then just had to pay the visard fee.

Overall super easy service to use, highly recommend. Customer support is great, respond very quickly and are very accommodating

Terrible Service. I signed up to this service in November to autobook an appointment for me and my husband. Although there were slots available, I was not being booked. After constant back and forth with the telegram chatbot requesting that I needed the appointment on the earliest possible date, it only gave me the option to select an appointment in January.

Now I'm left with a fully booked trip to europe with no way to book a visa appointment.
