Refund Issues – Be Careful Before Purchasing

I purchased a one-month subscription with Visard but was unable to get an appointment in time. When I contacted their support team to request a refund, they denied it without providing a proper explanation.

It seems that once you buy a subscription, you should not expect to get a refund under any circumstances. Please be cautious before purchasing, as you may end up paying without receiving the service you need.

Visard does not provide refunds in the middle of a subscription period. I requested a refund before my subscription expired, but my request was denied. The response given to my earlier comment is not accurate. I am willing to share the full transcript of my communication with Visard if anyone would like clarification.

According to our records, your subscription was for Belgium (Manchester center). During the month of your subscription, we did send you slot notifications regularly. You mentioned to our support team that you could not see the slots after logging in, and we clarified that for Manchester these slots are visible only when the form is submitted for a single applicant.

We explained this in the middle of your subscription and also offered a refund if the service did not suit your needs, because we are flexible here.

However, your refund request came after your subscription had already ended, while you had been receiving notifications for the full month. For this reason, we could not process a refund — the service was delivered as promised.

Please note that while we provide notifications about available slots, we cannot influence which dates the visa center releases or whether they match your preferred travel dates.

We truly value your feedback and will keep working to make our service clearer and more helpful for our users!

Amazing and reliable

I was initially unsure about the process however the app was so good st sending notifications as and when there were slots available. I was not able to book on time so I opted for the auto booking system, which was amazing! Slots were booked within a few days. The customer service team were also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very helpful service

Very helpful service, used it twice. First time for notifications and second time for auto booking. I managed to book myself an appointment in French visa centre after the second notification, it took one day after I activated the service. For Italian visa centre I used auto booking, secured my appointment on the second day after activation of my subscriptiob.

Last minute booking

Thank you so much to Visard for booking 2 slots for Italian visa! It was really last minute request from my side ( about 2-3 weeks before the desired slot date) in very hot touristic season! But anyway, they have managed to do it

Booked a slot within 13 days for Italy

I had a really short time to book an appointment, just 1 month before my flight and it would be impossible for me to book a slot without visard. They booked me an appointment for Italy visa which is one of the busiest just within 13 days. I truly appreciate the help!

I had a great experience using Visbot…
