BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT OPERATING ANYMORE BUT THEY ARE ACCEPTING PAYMENTS
I applied for a visa that was required for my trip to !
India and although the application process worked well and the payment went through, I never received an outcome and when I reached out to them via the online chat they never responded.
I had used them in the past before covid successfully but since then it seems that they have seized operations but they still accept applications and payments.

I have reached out to VDash when I needed a Schengen visa at the time the London visa centres started to re-open and securing an appointment was very difficult. Simon has been absolutely amazing! He booked me an appointment within a couple of days, answered all of the questions I had, prepared the application and met me at the centre with all of the necessary paperwork on the day. I was really impressed with the speed, the process and the level of customer service - keep up the great work! Would definitely use VDash for all my future visa applications.

Recently used them for my visa to India. Everything went great and once I uploaded my documents I hardly had to do much at all. Also, now they have my details next time I am told, for India or any other visa I need , it should be a lot faster as I won’t have to supply all the information again, just specific travel details for the trip.

Even though they push it as a digital solution, there were customer service available for me to talk. As it was the first time I used them I wanted to check everything was okay, which it was.

just not necessary! The price they charge over and above the actual cost for a vanilla no hassle application makes no sense. Just do it yourself!

We haven't been using them for very long but have been incredibly impressed by their responsiveness, their product, and their determination to get things right. The portal is great and has solved an issue we have had with another company around GDPR, it's clear and easy to use, and they have even taken on a couple of our suggestions for tweaks which shows that they're really listening to their customers and keen to get things right.

They've helped us out on several occasions with very complicated situations, going above and beyond to answer our very niche questions even though we were clear that it was for information only and unfortunately would not net them any income from actual applications. Their willingness to help has made them invaluable and we're really looking forward to working with them more - we can't rate them highly enough.

Vdash greatly improves the experience of filing applications for visas compared to the usual old-fashioned government websites. This is particularly pleasing for repeated statements.
