Great team, rent paid the same day, pleasure to deal with 12 months and no issues.

So glad we found Gavin, what a great guy. Great little office above a coffee shop which he treated us to a coffee and Lunch. I have 11 properties which was managed by another agent and since moving to Gavin life is so much easier. With living overseas its never easy and no matter the time difference is Gavin is there as he understand.

What an amazing little team, they manage 3 of my properties now and make me want to buy more. Gavin is really carful on who he puts in my properties and done a great job as I have not come across any issues. Thank team virtue.
