Difficulty with Customer Support
Difficulty with Customer Support I was excited to try VirtualSolarLab's services, but unfortunately, their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. I had to wait for days to get a reply to my simple question, and even then, the answer was unclear. This lack of support made it difficult for me to fully utilize their platform

Unfortunately, the customer support team has been unhelpful in resolving these issues. Until Virtual Solar Lab addresses these problems, I strongly advise against using the platform. Improvement is needed to provide a reliable and efficient experience for users

Um, I think you have the wrong company. We just sell leads, like we don't have a customer support team, i think your mistaking us for some sort of software company? then again your not specific on what the issue is again
I've been trying to use Virtual Solar
I've been trying to use Virtual Solar Lab for a week now, but the platform is plagued by slow load times and performance issues. It's frustrating to wait for minutes for a design to load, only to have it crash or freeze. The customer support team hasn't been helpful either. Unless they fix these issues, I wouldn't recommend Virtual Solar Lab to anyone.
