Vladimir Uhrin of Viriar.com sent me a completely different palm species than the one advertised. I only realised this years later, once the palm had grown large enough for me to see that it was not a Kentia (Howea forsteriana), but an entirely different species that I still struggle to identify.

I’ve decided to keep it in my collection, but I did pay for a Kentia forsteriana. I’m not asking for a refund; however, I want to point out that if I were running a nursery, I would make sure customers received the correct species they purchased. And if I couldn’t guarantee that, I shouldn’t be in the nursery business.
