As this was our first time planning a gulet vacation, we initially had many questions and quite a bit of confusion. Throughout the process, Ms. Duygu and the boat owner were extremely helpful and supportive. The entire process turned out to be much easier, faster, and more straightforward than we had expected. Ms. Duygu responded to all of our questions clearly and promptly.

Bad experience #scam #fraud #Beware of dealing with this company. They scammed me out of $2218 and they don't care what this scam does to the victim or what this money lost means to the victim. I have all the evidence that I dealt with this company and lost my money, and they enjoy deceiving the victim. I will not stop posting until I get my money back. They have blocked me on all their sites. I want my money back from this fraudulent company. Everyone must help me and share this post so it reaches everyone, even the investors in this company, so that no one else gets scammed.

I have asked the customer support numerous questions on cancellations, yacht locations and contact information of boat owners. Ece in particular has been very helpful in helping me answer these questions (and possibly questions I'll have in the future) and they have done a great job! The responses were very quick, exactly what I required, and always polite. Besides this, the booking process has been very smooth so far. Will use Viravira again in the future!
