ViralRace is going against company practices
I am quite worried to be joining the lot who have had the same experience as me. Very recently(2 days ago), I paid $29.99 USD for 2500 followers. I was expecting the followers to come in a short amount of time, as supposedly claimed by the business. HOWEVER, after these 2 days, nothing has changed on my Instagram account; no followers, no nothing; and this is just the beginning of it. After I completed my order, I proceeded to check the "Your Orders" section. The order date they put down was COMPLETELY incorrect (incorrect by more than a month), the invoice could not be downloaded, and the "Status" section would always be rendered at "In progress" despite there being none at all. I tried contacting online customer support, yet no-one responded. As a result, I emailed them at contact @viralrace.com (doesn't allow for email, so I put a space) THREE TIMES... still no response. It seems as if there is no customer support in the first place. The biggest giveaway was the non-existent "help centre" link and every attempt to visit the FAQ page will result in you returning to the "Your Orders" page. I HOPE ViralRace contacts me and figures something out, as no response will lead to applying my rights as consumer.

Unfortunately my experience is consistent with other reviewers here. Invoice is backdated by a month, support is inactive, and results are non-existent. I took the risk because I had $17 on a disposable Visa, so I'm glad I didn't give them my actual card #. Stay away -- the only engine they seem to have successfully developed is a bot army giving them positive reviews on other websites.

Forsure a scam, nobody responds to support chat and invoices are not downloadable or able to click to view them and back dated. No results, just lost money.
4 weeks I’ve received 0 followers, 4week no one has responded to my messages. I reported to BBB I suggest you do the same so they get shut down and or sued for stealing people’s money
