Great product and incredibly fast support
The product is simple to set up, works smoothly, and makes it very easy to launch and manage a referral program that actually delivers value.
I had a small technical issue with a payment for my subscription, and the support team resolved it in less than 30 minutes. Super responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference.
Overall, great experience both with the product and the team behind it.

Long-time owner, excited to finally launch!
I purchased Viral Loops back in 2020. Although I haven't fully deployed a campaign yet due to other priorities, I’ve been keeping an eye on their updates and platform evolution. The interface is clean, and the setup guides are very comprehensive. Based on the features and the robustness of the tool, I am confident it will be a key part of my upcoming marketing strategy. App waiting list setup made easy
Viral Loops has been brilliant for setting up a waiting list for my app. What sold me early on was the ability to start from a proven template (like Dropbox's referral model) rather than staring at a blank screen trying to figure it out from scratch.
The API has been a real highlight too. I've integrated it with my own tools and the result looks seamless, people are actually commenting on how polished the forms are. And it's great watching the leads come in off the back of it.
I had one question for the support team and they got back to me really quickly, which is always a bonus in this day and age

Setup is so easy
Setup is so easy. Really saves a lot of time. The only thing I would improve is the
Stripe integration. Depending on how you set it up it takes time and coding knowledge to get it to work well, but it ends up working out in the end. I’m a happy user
