Viral Launch did our Lifestyle Photos for our company. We couldn't have been happier. It was expensive at $1200, but absolutely worth it for the professional quality photos we received. I was that crazy customer that no one wants to get, asking them for over 10 very specific photos showcasing our KAUAI silicone rings: couple kayaking, happy couple camping, girl on the beach, guy in classic car, guy in a suit, weight-lifting photo, wood-working photo, a nurse....even a medieval set up...etc. They literally did them all!!! And they did them perfectly. I actually shrieked out loud when I saw the pics!! I was blown away. They went WAY over and above what we asked. Thank you so much you guys!

I have used all of their products and services. Bottom line is that they are very expensive and don't offer much more than what you can find elsewhere - To their credit, they've successfully positioned themselves as having some secret sauce due to their "data dive" but the truth is, if any leg up - it's very small
A launch/photos/Listing that would cost over $1700 with Viral launch, could be done for just as good quality using services through some of the more experienced listing/photo options on Fiverr or Upwork for $500
Their photos are great - so we still use their photos for products that we are investing a lot into.
Good at:
Their photo services and their Listing builder tool in keyword research are good. Their photo service, although expensive, are some of the best around.
keyword (Listing Builder) is a great tool we use for all of our product descriptions and titles.
Overprice and under-deliver on:
LAUNCH - dont use - horrible experience - did not receive a single review from over 200 giveaway units. A much better option is to giveaway units through Vipon for 1/4 the cost. It is literally the exact same thing.
Listing Optimization - their writers are not that creative and don't give you anything that you couldn't from a keyword list for your product. You can get better for cheaper on fiverr or do it yourself.
Produce Discovery and Marketplace intelligence - use the free unicorn smasher plugin. We have used their Product Idea star rating - they give you a 1-5 star rating based off "data" - we've had good success with 1-2 star ideas and flopped on 4.5 star products. I don't put any weight into their star rating anymore. It's very unreliable.
All in all, their services/products and products are not better than what you can find elsewhere for much, much cheaper.

They kicked me off Elite Deals Club with some rude language and I have no idea what I did. I was told not to contact them further and I would not under any circumstances be reinstated. I would have loved to know what it was I supposedly did. But after that, I thought this isn't a company I want to work with if that is an example of how they deal with their customers.
I was planning to do a viral launch and decided to use another platform. I also was on the annual membership plan for all their products which I will not be renewing.

I did try the product launch a year and a half ago and it was a waste of money. The addition of Product research, market intelligence and keyword research are key for me.

Love your Customer Service and love all the products/services that I have tried with you guys so far.

I tried out viral launch spending thousands of dollars launching our products with minimal results. The site is full of hijackers purchasing large quantities of 1 product under different usernames and Order numbers. I took the time to look through all the orders and matched up the same address to lots of different usernames.
Another factor I found disappointing was that it took way too long for products to launch and once they launched and I had a problem I needed to wait 24 hours before someone would respond back to my email. For $400 a launch the company should have better customer service and be more careful with whom they accept via elite deals club to avoid hijackers and other unfair customers.
The entire purpose of viral launch is a fair way of giving away products so customers from all over the united states purchase the products thus increasing product visibility. When one customer claims most of the coupon codes for themselves they're automatically decreasing the chances of success for the launch since the orders are all coming from the same IP address.
Viral Launch, please take care of these issues so we can continue using your services. The market out there is huge, if you want to succeed you need to be on top of your customer service and perhaps lower your prices so customer's shouldn't expect that much from you.

Viral Launch pretty much has some of the best Amazon product research tools available. But they are so buggy. Any time I add a new feature to my subscription, something gets all screwed up and I have to have support fix it or just live with it. The chrome extension will just stop working and say I've used all my allowed searches.. which makes no sense as I am paying like $100/month to use the service and there is no search limit. That one I pretty much have to wait until the next day and it is fixed. It's all just a pain. Stop trying to build new stuff and fix what you already have. Even your Elite Deal Club site that is a key part of your launch service is buggy and will just stop working right (frustrated users have left hundreds of comments about it on the EDC facebook page). That is unacceptable when you are charging people $400 for a launch and there are bugs that prevent your pool of buyers from being able to access the site or get coupons.
You guys are pretty much at the top of the FBA product research market. But it's only because you have the best affiliate marketing program, so all the Amazon gurus push your products like crazy. Don't get lazy and think it's because you have the best product. Your product needs work. There are better options these days and you guys really need to work on your quality.

Viral launch have made some amazing apps that help you to find not just a profitable niche or product, but one that suits your business model.
Thanks guys

In order for me to ever use the launch service again - SOMETHING has to be done about hijacker unscrupulous type buyers - buying up multiple products (sometimes a lot of items) and then listing the items on Amazon on my brands product listings - it make me not be able to use the service until something happens to fix it. There are other services out there - working on solving this big issue - so I hope your company really takes this seriously and tries to come up with a solution.

These guys are great and really know what's going on in the industry. They are definitely data geeks and know how to crunch and analyze the numbers!

Excellent source of Amazon product sales potential

After using your service, my listings are flooded with hijakers / arbitrage sellers that bought from your promotion and now taking my buy box when reselling. You must improve your buyer database asap.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
