We booked a number of entertainments for our wedding in August 2024. Nelson was easily the best act ... He got all of our guests (aged 10 to 80+) dancing, jumping, twirling, singing and joining the conga lines. His energy was contagious. He let us choose our songs and listened to our needs.
Everything was going well and people were happy enough ... but once Nelson crashed the party, it realy really got started. We have loads of photos of happy guests, twirling napkins. Hiring Nelson was one of our best decisions for the day. Highly recommended.

Nelson and his team are a fantastic addition to any special day. Not only are they talented singers, but amazing actors too! They completely change the atmosphere within the Wedding Breakfast and get the party started. They are interactive, fun and a real crowd pleaser. As a venue, Nelson and his team are easy to work with and we enjoy having VIP Waiters performing with us. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Nelson when I first met him I knew he was going to be fun, professional, and obviously charming.

When it got to the wedding day, the first time I saw him was when he greeted my husband and myself at the end of the aisle with a glass of champagne each. (My husband didn’t have a clue who Nelson was, as I booked it in secret)

He carried out the down serving canapés and being his fun professional self. Then when it was his time to shine at the end of the wedding breakfast he did just that. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment Nelson put on and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

We cannot recommend Nelson form VIP Waiters enough! He absolutely smashed the performance and shocked all our guests!!!!! A very talented man and the most kindest and funniest too.

The most amazing wedding singers!

The effort and time that they put in from the start of the day severing guests canapés and getting to know them, to the energy and fun they bring during the sets… they were what really got our wedding going. Everyone absolutely loved VIP waiters and I’ve had guests asking for company details. The VERY best thing we could have booked for our day!

We booked Nelson from VIP Waiters for our son’s wedding in August 24. He was recommended by our daughter Courtney who works in the wedding industry. He was exceptional from the minute he arrived, a true actor and entertainer.

Nelson was bloody amazing! From the moment I booked him I knew we were going to have a great time. He arrived super early to ‘look the part’ and no one ever suspected a thing! We were absolutely blown away by Nelson from VIP Waiters, who performed as a singing waiter at our wedding. Including him in our day was the best decision we made. From the moment he stepped into the role, he seamlessly blended in with the waiting staff, surprising all of our guests when he suddenly broke into song after some oscar-worthy acting when he fell down in front of the entire wedding breakfast! His voice was incredible, and his performance brought a level of energy and fun to the reception that we could never have imagined. Want to say a huge thank you to Gareth who stood in for Nelson on our big day!!! The guest loved it and even the groom which was a complete surprise! Nelson was brilliant at keeping communication top secret and was able to pull off the surprise without the groom suspecting anything which for me was a big tasks itself keeping it from him. Gareth was fantastic and such a lovely gentlemen our day is a day everyone is still talking about!

Nelson is a recommended supplier that we use at our wedding venue. Fun & Energetic and has a lovely vibe about him. The couple and guests always have a great time and always sets the vibe for the evening party.

Me and my Husband recently had Nelson perform at our weddin, he was absolutely amazing and super professional, he got the crowd up and dancing we all had a fantastic laugh. I would highly recommend Nelson. From the very first conversation about my son’s wedding surprise he was engaging, full of energy and bursting with enthusiasm. He certainly did not disappoint he entertained us with all the enthusiasm that he had displayed at the beginning. Everybody had fun and he had everyone up out of their seats singing and joining in which really broke the ice and got the party started.

From start to finish Nelson played a fantastic part at our wedding. This was a surprise for Groom, my husband. Watching Nelson chatting with the guests and serving us definitely added a comical element to the day. And then when the big reveal happened it definitely added another element to our day which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. I would 100% recommend Nelson for your big day, you will not regret it.

Nelson from VIP waiters performed at mine and Rory’s wedding two weeks ago.
In a nutshell he was absolutely amazing.
My friends and family are still telling me how fantastic he was. He mingled in with the waiting team so well, I’d even go as far as saying he was better as a waiter than the actually waiting team!
When he fell over and dropped his tray; well that was just brilliant! All my friends and family fell for it! Then bam!!! He’s up singing!!
