I was over charged for my order, I have contacted customer service but never received any reply or refund from customer services. The plant I have received was not as described in the website, it was also extremely small. I had to escalate my claim to PayPal because I didn’t receive the money I was over charged. I highly recommend not to purchase from this website unless you’re willing to waste your time. This is in my experience the worst online plant shop. BEWARE!!!!!

EN or DE support non existent - never gor a response on multiple email inquiries. Ordered specific rare plants from sellers list, but got some other species (instead of Jaipong plant they ship Black Maroon). Super frustrating. A lot of money for nothing. Also, asked to combine multiple orders, but no overcharge was returned. Never again. Avoid at all cost.

Missing plant in shipment. Asked seller to ship the missing plant now for 45 days. No response or refund.

Update: Customer service is useless never got a response. My thai cons. had thrips worst purchase ever.

The transaction went ok. Was very excited about getting my first Monstera Thai Constellation until It had arrived damaged. The shipping information said it would only take 2-3 working days. It arrive after a week. I had email customer service and never got a response back. They must get emails about damage plants all the time that they just don't respond to them.

- Update: the customer support was nice and helpful with my problem. They shipped out another beautiful replacement plant. As with the first package, it was packed well and secure. It was shipped via DHL Express but due to christmas time ot was 'lost' for a couple days and in shipment from Wednesday until Monday. Plant seems to be looking alright so far and I hope it was not too much stress on her. -

The Plants were packaged quite well and the parcel arrived quickly. Plants looked good at first glance. But i did order another Heatpack and it was taped to the side of the Box unopened. There was another Heatpack but it was already cold as ice and so was the soil in the pots which made me nervous. I then saw some insects on my plants. I immediately wrote the support but they just told me to 'wash my plants under the shower and wait'.
Well, the plants already lost some leaves and I still find Insects on the plants. I guess the cold shipping and the insects were too stressful for them..
Also, some of my other plants have some by now, because I had no possible space to quarantine them.. I am not happy anymore.

As a whole it was pretty much alright, but...
I have waited 2 weeks before the plant was actually shipped and (as far as I could see) not "get what see" regarding the delivered plant. Nevertheless it was a healthy and beautiful plant, but I personally wouldn't order again (probably) due to the long waiting period and unprecise plant description

1 plant (philodendron Fuzzy petiole) had 3 leaves and 1 new unopened leaf damaged, because of the support sticks, paying over 400 € for 3 plants, tax, delivery and tolls I was a little disappointed that it was not better packed.

The pot is advertised as 10cm but the plant is from 5cm pot
