Esther was amazing from start to finish! She made sure my dog was comfortable and happy during the trip, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the pets she transports. She kept me in the loop the whole time, which made everything so much less stressful. Super friendly, informative, and clearly great with animals! I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her hands. Couldn’t recommend her enough! 🐶

I can't praise this company enough,the attention given to the whole operation,from the excellent facilities in Esthers Van ,.to the travel arrangements agreed.Esthers attention was second to none,she kept us all informed at all times from my sister who was sending the kittens to me,to the friend taking delivery of them on my behalf,before their ongoing train journey. Vip Pet Travel Esther was brilliant, she moved my 4 cats from the South of England to Wales and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Saving me a lot of stress while moving! Highly recommend.

Esther was so helpful and flexible when arranging to move my two pampered cats a long distance. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me up to date regularly throughout the trip. Esther's attention to detail and ensuring their individual needs were met was second to none, and nothing was too much trouble, even though my older cat is very noisy traveller !, Her calm and friendly demeanor certainly helped to ensure my two cats arrived happy and relaxed, and undoubtedly they travelled in far more comfort then myself!. I can't recommend Esther highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone who requires their cherished pets to be moved safely in style and comfort.

I contacted Esther to arrange a collection for my puppy and she was kind and explained everything in detail and sent me a quote and arranged a convenient time for me also , I had so many xx changes on my part but Esther navigated them all and still accommodated me which was so kind of her . I filled in the online form and it was very detailed which made me feel very comfortable as it showed how thorough she is . I can say hand on heart I was so happy and confident, Esther has a lovely van all air conditioning and stopped for my puppy and gave me updates throughout the journey , when she arrived at our home she was truly lovely and I would recommend her to anyone , a truly special lady even gave me tips to help my puppy settle in so thank you Esther your truly amazing Claire

We run a farm and had a situation arise where we were unable to collect our new puppy personally. After our initial call to VIP Pet Travel, we rested assured that collection of our Vizsla puppy was in safe hands. Esther jumped on board straight away communicating to all parties at every stage. A most rewarding, pleasant experience which Esther took care of in a most professional manner. I would recommend Esther who clearly loves animals and gives peace of mind that your loved one is in safe hands.

Esther transported our 13 year old cat from Shropshire to Northumbria, we were nervous about such a long journey but it could not have been smoother or more comfortable for her. Esther is a great communicator and we felt our cat was in safe hands from start to finish. Highly recommended.

From the first telephone contact I had with Ester she showed she was knowledgeable regarding the law concerning pet transport to Northern Ireland and was committed to providing a comfortable and caring environment for my cats. Ester gave advice regarding veterinary procedures, required vaccinations and relevant paperwork. When it came to collecting my cats Ester arrived on time and was methodical and professional. My three cats had plentiful food, water and space in Ester’s vehicle for the journey from Scotland to N Ireland and Ester carried out regular checks on them while we waited to board the ferry. On top of this Ester also provided advice on settling the cats into their new home. I would thoroughly recommend Ester and Vip Pet Travel to anyone wanting a professional and reliable pet transport service.

Exceptional service - my cats received the best care and love, they had plenty of space and water, litter boxes and treats provided, I was able to travel in the van with them and Esther was absolutely wonderful throughout. Thank you so much!

Esther was kind enough to collect and deliver (in the same day) my bunny from Leicester to Headcorn, Kent, after I’d be let down repeatedly by another courier (for 2 weeks!!). She arrived to both the collection and delivery point exactly within the allotted hour and kept me informed throughout the entire process!

Her vehicle was spotless and perfectly suited to make long journeys with animals. The crates had plenty of room, complete with a comfortable bed/hiding place, food bowl and a water bottle!

She took less than 30 seconds to respond to texts - communication was perfect! All round, this was a very pleasant experience and I’m very glad she came to rescue; managing to turn the transportation around with 24 hours! I highly recommend Esther’s courier service!!

VIP Pet Travel is amazing. From start to finish, it was perfect. Esther is amazing. She is passionate about her work. She is helpful, excellent at communicating. From the first time we spoke, she put my mind at complete ease. Moving house is stressful and even more so when you have pets and don't drive. Esther got my 2 very scared and anxious cats, and Guinea Pig from Chesterfield to London in style. She also allowed me to travel with her and my boys, which allowed me to see first-hand at how good she is. I would recommend Esther and her service to everyone. If I need to get my boys anywhere in the future, I know who I will be calling. Every pet deserves to be treated this way. This is a 5 star service.

Esther is a very kind lady who takes the trouble. I was kept informed by constant contact throughout the whole process of transporting a very nervous little puppy on a 7 hour journey to his new home. I would highly recommend her.

Esther was brilliant, I can't thank her enough. She offered support and knowledge at every step of the way. She picked up my Puppy from the breeder and delivered him safely to me after a long drive. Once Esther has been engaged, she arranges everthing, liasing with the relevant parties. She obviously cares about the animals she transports and gives advice on settling your pet after their journey. She even gave me a recipe for a home made electrolyte fluid to give to my puppy after his long journey. She takes away the panic and I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Esther

Esther was excellent, I needed a reliable company to transport one of my pups to their new owner. The communication from Esther and care for the puppy was perfect. We all got updates and photos and the pup arrived Happy and bouncy. I would highly recommend this service and company if you are looking for a transporter for your pet.

We are in the process of moving from London to Wales, which has been incredibly stressful. We have two cats and two GSD dogs. We arranged Uber Pets in advance so my husband could transport cats first and Esther was supposed to pick our dogs next day. To keep the story brief Uber Pets cancelled our trip last minute without even informing us about it! Esther stepped in and agreed to transport both cats, both dogs, my husband and additional luggage without thinking twice. I cannot express my gratitude for all help and care we received from her. We had to move out of the property on that day, so without Esther’s help it would have been a disaster. All pets and husband arrived safely to Wales for which I am so thankful. Esther, you have been a Godsend angel, you went above and beyond to help us. Thank you: Bonia, Ed, Juno, Oya, Misha and Bailey.

Great communication. We felt that both cats were safe and well cared for during thier transport from Portsmouth to Scotland. We were kept upto date and the cats arrived safe and well. They were in good hands at all times.
