Terrible customer service
The sleep headphones did not lay flat when you lay on your side to sleep. I have emailed vionb support literally 7 times in the last week and have not heard a word back from them. Steer clear of this brand you will never get a return no matter how hard you try. $80 wasted.

Good buds for the price
Like the small size for the ear, easy to use, I listen in bed to fall asleep. Loved the 2 for one deal, put one set in the car. The sound quality is not as good as my sony,so I have to turn it low

Everything has happened as advertised. My only complaint is with the high rate charging cord that I added and it is too stiff and doesn’t work very well for how I use it.

For the issue with only one earbud playing at a time, this is usually caused by the earbuds not syncing properly together. We recommend placing both earbuds back in the charging case for about 30 seconds, then removing them together and reconnecting them to your device via Bluetooth.

These Earbuds are brilliant
These Earbuds are brilliant! I found them so comfortable in my ears as opposed to a pair of more expensive Google Beats Earbuds that I purchased a few months ago. The sound on these VionB earbuds is exceptional, clear and I am happy to wear them for hours at a time. A full charge when I first got them was a few hours but a top up charge doesn't take long now. I don't wear them every day because I missed a delivery as I didn't hear the knock on my door. They are a great fit in my ears and the quality is very good. The case is easy to open because it slides rather than lifts up so it's easier for my arthritic hands to open it. The earbuds rest comfortably and fit the contour of my ears perfectly. They stay in safely as opposed to my Google ones which fall out easily. No static white noise, no sounds from outside in public, I'm very very pleased with my purchase. Thank you

The Sleep Buds are super comfortable to…
The Sleep Buds are super comfortable to wear and are snug enought that they stay in without any problems. I can hardly tell they are even in. The sound is good. They were easy to connect to my phone. They last about 5 hours on a charge and I guess thats the only thing I would consider a negative. I wish they had a longer battery life, since I do wake up when the sound stops (similar to how people wake up when the fan stops blowing).

Love the quality of the audio and the comfort of the earbuds. I was skeptical about the audio quality, but it exceeded my expectations. I've probably fallen asleep with them at least 3 times and have forgotten I was wearing them numerous times. They were exactly what I needed. I do virtual events and need to be on camera a lot and these give me a more professional and discreet look while I monitor audio for my clients and appear on camera.

The audio quality is just not quality
The audio quality is just not quality, I've received free ear pods with purchase that are better, more clear sound, than these... I have small ears and while these fit very well they cause a suction that makes my ear drum unsortable and thus causes a vibration much like I would assume tinnitus is like. I gave it two stars because the fit was great the technology I would never had paid what I did for the subpar sound.

They are the worst earbuds I’ve ever brought, and k brought them for my husband - they just happened to have the good ol’ Buy 1 get 1 free’ - pfft.
Delivery Took 18 days - coming from CHINA!
Both pairs came differently boxed, one disassembled, and flat - the other in their case & charged. They paired in Chinese.
The sound is abhorrent. My Amazon TOZO buds $25 crap all over these.
Quality is poor. Cheap Chinese crap, rebranded into this fake company image of 5 star earbuds.
Conveniently with no company label on them whatsoever.
