They took quite a while to get here but…
They took quite a while to get here but they were worth the wait. They fit my ears really well most earbuds are too big and constantly need adjusting. The sound is very good without keeping me from hearing what is going on around me which is important. The case will be very easy to carry with me in my purse if I have travel and the power cord is small and easy to tuck away. Also the cord works with power plugs I have so I can plug them into an outlet if necessary.

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick, with no hassle. This is a very nice product, from the design of the ear pod holder to the ear pods themselves. The flat design means I can wear them comfortably in bed. The design means they fit comfortably and securely in my ears. I bought 2, one for me and the other for my husband. I like the sound, how you can wear them discreetly, they don't worsen my tinnitus and the design and look of the product is sleek and small enough to easily take with me. Highly recommend

I contacted you three times
I contacted you three times, and still waiting for and up date. I received two pair of the Visound Air. Neither one of them works. One keeps shutting out, both of them drop out all the time. I’ve used them on Apple and Android devices. Does the same on all of them.
The time is almost up for returns and that means I will lose all my money. That does not seem fare to me and any others with the same issues. Also I called there phone number but now I can’t find it again. My personal opinion is that they are not one the level.

Great Experience and Great Product
I must admit that I am quite reluctant to order from companies online, as I have had some very negative experiences in the past. This was not the case with VionB! Everything went smoothly and was notified at each step from purchase to delivery. Thank you.
I was also a bit concerned about the use of the VionB earbuds for work in a busy office, but they are perfect with great noise canceling abilities!

Warning, do not buy vionb earbuds…
I purchased two sets of these earbuds one for myself and my wife and the other as a gift. The sound is, at best, standard and unremarkable. The buds do not respond to the taps. However, where this product fails is in customer service which is non-existent. I’ve made several efforts to reach the company to obtain a refund without a response.I feel as if I have been scammed. This is clearly a one star rating. if that high.

They have awsome sound and finally one that will fit in my small ears and fits well. I have brought several that clam that their were small but they weren't so the only ones I could wear is the ones that go over the ears until now 🙌

Overall I like it
Overall I like it: the case is cool, the earbuds are comfortable, the sound is decent. My issue is that it sometimes will randomly disconnect and reconnect on its own during use, which is not a problem unless it's a night. When it randomly disconnects, the sound will unexpectedly come out of my phone and wake up my wife.

I, overall, am having a great experience. I love how small the earbuds are and how they fit in my ears even with my piercings. I find that the battery lasts about 6 hours and the case is quick to recharge the earbuds. When using both earbuds I find there is a mild skipping in my audio when I make abrupt movements. I would say that is the only issue I have come across but it is not a deal breaker for the pros to these earbuds and the price I got them. In conclusion the earbuds fit great, sounds great, and charge well.

very affordable head and comfy
very affordable head phones which I bought to sleep in. These sit inside the eye and do not protrude outside of the ear. so work almost undetectable during the night.

We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying the sound quality, especially in such a compact design. For the touch controls, we recommend using light, deliberate taps directly on the touch area, rather than pressing too firmly or tapping too quickly.
For volume, track changes, or skipping, try leaving a brief pause between each tap so the earbuds can clearly register every command. It can also help to make sure the earbuds are sitting securely in your ears, as this gives better contact with the touch surface.
After a little practice, the controls usually feel much smoother and more natural in everyday use.
