Had to stop supplements

Had to stop supplements, due to them making me ravenous, wanting to eat everything in sight. The new formula took out everything that I was making progress with on loosing weight. I was very happy with the first round of supplements.

My complaint would be once you order…

My complaint would be once you order your kit takes 2-3 weeks to process. Then you order your supplements takes 2-3 weeks to process. Just seems like a long time when your desperate to change your health.

I ordered my full body test based on…

I ordered my full body test based on all the positive comments. It was a waste on money. I followed all the instructions and sent in my samples. My samples have been sitting in limbo for over 2 months in AI analysis. You can’t talk to a real person to find out why. The virtual customer support is an AI assistant with little to no help.. keeps referring me back to my account that has been sitting with the same status. I also keep getting to complete my questionnaire which was been completed for 2 months.. $400 down the drain.. definitely look for another service.

The company couldn't find my order

The company couldn't find my order. It went downhill from there. Still have not received the kit 20 days after ordering.

The system required a second credit…

The system required a second credit card none hsa for $.50 to complete the transaction. Why is it done this way? The system said I would be sent a receipt. My email instead said my transaction was incomplete. When I clicked back through it again said I d be sent receipt. Eventually the receipt showed up
