This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM also goes under the name of HARPER AND RUE.
I order from them over 4 weeks ago have not received anything. After many emails requesting a refund no reply. This company is not based in London as the goods were shipped from China!!!

Do not waste your money
It says its a London based company who deliver via royal mail
I ordered a jumper over 4 weeks ago it still hasn't arrived i have emailed 4 times no reply
I have also seen other sites same post same shop front but using different names
I strongly believe it is a scam or if i ever recieve this item i bet it came from China
So far i am out of pocket of £39
Save your money and do not order from them
They do provide a tracking number but it says cannot find

What a joke ordered on 18th January still waiting for my parcel emailed last week told to expect delivery when tried to track was told order did not exist
I’m getting into the bank to open a case and try get my money back

Placed order on 18th Jan2026; despatched next day, 10 days later still waiting receipt, track & trace showed courier still got it when contacted them their response was EVERYTHING IS GOING SMOOTHLY. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS
