I never leave reviews but thought I might for VIOFO.co.uk. I emailed VIOFO.co.uk at the start of last week about a a229 pro 3ch as I’ve had two close calls in the past week. The email was asking about any discount codes as I couldn’t seem to find any, I wasn’t expecting anything back as you normally don’t but to my surprise they went out their way to provide me with one which they didn’t have too. It is much cheaper on VIOFO.com website but this doesn’t come with VAT/Custom charges, it could take a while to come plus I’m assuming if you ever have a problem with a warranty claim (replacements) when ordering from VIOFO.co.uk store, it will be sent from the uk store not overseas. So I phoned them to ask a question about my order but went to voicemail I could have called at a busy time/lunch break so I didn’t think nothing of it. Around an hour later I receive a call from them asking if everything was okay and if I needed any help as I originally wanted to know would I get my order the next day as I ordered after 12pm, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and it’s not every day you receive a call back from a retailer as most of them only care about your money. The product has had a few problems though but I think that was due to sd card compatibility issues as David politely advised on the phone as I was originally going to return the item but tried a different SD card an seems to be working okay for now (fingers crossed). As for the app to be honest I’ve used worse and it does do the job but could do with some work but it’s not their fault. Updating the firmware isn’t even bad but I can see some problems for people who are confused on how to use a computer but it is very simple and the video quality is the best I’ve seen so far. The item arrived packaged well inside another box which is always good to see. Sorry for the long review and thank you for your help :)

Bought 2 Cameras
Bought two cameras, A119 V3 and the VS1 for our cars. The orders were confirmed promptly, great sale prices and delivered from China within a week. I’ve fitted the A119 to my wife’s Smart car (Electric) with no major issues. I do have to disconnect it when charging as the OBD socket is live during a charge. No hardship. The VS1 is going into my Volvo XC40 shortly, just have to decide on the best power option (OBD) or hardwire. Very impressive video quality so far and easy to set up and use. Let’s hope I don’t need it! 🤣

Being so small and compact it's hidden behind the mirror easy to set up with a great app that's so useful simple plug in to 12v outlet with usb adapter supplied . Super video images really clear well built and excellent quality. makes my wife feel safer on the roads i would really recommend everyone to get a dashcam.

Service and delivery was great. Main reason for scoring it down is I could have got the same product much cheaper at the main viofo.com site rather than at the UK site

Purchases made from the .com site are direct from China, so the prices you see on the site are net of any admin, uK customs Duty and 20% VAT. We monitor this very closely to ensure UK prices after import charges are on a par with .com

Very quick delivery from UK stock.
Very helpful support, ordered the wrong one initially and they easily handled returning the internal camera and swapping it for a rear camera.

Excellent service Prompt delivery. Dashcam works fine, used the special tool to tuck behind trim and a couple of stick on clips where I couldn’t quite manage that. Overall very happy with compact, unobtrusive neat design

Love Viofo
Great service direct from Viofo, with next day free delivery. Now on my third Viofo dashcam (upgraded sensors make trade up worth it) as they are straightforward to fit, unobtrusive and have proved reliable with improved quality. A bit of setting up needed on the menu with various options, but once you've mastered it, it's time well spent. Their own brand cards have proved their worth as well.

I think a must have item.
Ok, there are a lot of wires, and the unit itself is quite a chunky thing to go under your seat, but I have to say everything is supplied, it's simple, the most difficult thing is cable control, it's 1080 video, but I'm not blogging, I'm using it as a traffic camera, just as a record if I happen to have a bad day!
It's perfect for my use, works well I can see it in my phone and doubles as a reverse mirror in traffic!

Superb 129 dual with GPS/WiFi
Superb Company. Had my cam in 48 hours, even at Xmas. Easy to install to the lighter socket. Now thinking of getting it hard wired in. Love the features.
