Vooservers host my website/emails and I've been with them for a few years now and cannot fault them at all. Whenever I have an amendment or need any help whatsoever, someone is always there to assist me in a timely manner.
We have a large scale e-commerce site and have had several hosts, who have offered less than excellent service, we decided it was time to find a new host.
When it transpired our last host had mis-sold us a cloud based server and not the advertised dedicated server, as well as a number of other issues including a number of unexplained outages, which were sometimes left for hours even after being reported.
We started contacting hosting companies, one company quoted nearly £25,000 for one dedicated server, we were not looking to buy the data centre. We were lucky enough to stumble on Vooservers, from the initial conversation (which was handled promptly) to the server migration (which went without any incident).
Been with Vooservers for around six months, the service is amazing, all of the support team are excellent to deal with. Just posted a ticket regarding whether our second VPS server settings will met the requirements for a new system, the ticket was replied to in under 5 minutes. Phone support is truly 24/7 365 and again is always brilliant, in most cases the team are aware there is an issue even before we have reported it and they are already fixing the issue. Unlike some other hosting companies, who only offer great support to new customers and then the service drops off, Vooservers have remained constant in delivering GREAT CUSTOMER Service that actually works to help keep you running.
