They lost my package and did not compensate me
Sold a wool blanket for 32 euros, put it in the vinted Go lockers and waited. They never came to empty the lockers, so Vinted claimed I never sent it and refunded the money. Vinted Go said it was picked up too late and would be returned to the lockers where I could then pick it up. Weeks went by.. Vinted said I just had to wait. Called Vinted Go again eventually, they said the package was now at a packing station and I should contact Vinted to get compensation. Vinted then said I was too late(!!!) even though they had told me to wait. Big scam.
Visibility problem of Vinted
I feel like Vinted doesnt give you at all times a fair way of selling, sometimes my products are good visible and its fine, but when i post then again, sometimes I have no visibility for days… its super strange and i feel like they do it on purpose. Its weird that they have that influence on the platform.
Very bad experience with Vinted
Very bad experience with Vinted. Item was misrepresented (no measurements, no mention it was for women). I requested a return and waited 2 weeks. Instead of proper support, I received disrespectful communication. Despite this, Vinted released my money to the seller. Buyer protection failed completely. Be very cautious when buying here.
Color-Coded Parcel Notifications and Country Filters
I really enjoy buying and selling on Vinted and use the platform regularly. Overall, my experience has been very positive. I do have two suggestions that could improve the user experience. First, parcel notifications could be color-coded by carrier (for example: Vinted Go green, DHL yellow, Mondial Relay burgundy, DPD red/black, and GLS blue/yellow). This would make it much easier to quickly identify incoming parcels without having to scroll through many notifications.
Second, it would be helpful to add a country filter so buyers can include or exclude specific countries. This would help users compare shipping costs and find suitable items more efficiently. I believe many buyers and sellers would appreciate these improvements.
No replies in customer service and Sammy business
On every order you pay extra fee for protection and services with your delivery fee as well. They lost my package send me an email "You have to click on the button "I have an issue" within two days or the order will be marked as delivered. I unfortunately mist this email and they closed the order. I never got my package and lost my money. I got only a small 2 day window for their mistake? They are responsible for correct delivery. A delivery that I paid for. Super unreliable site. Customer service is a joke and doesn't reply.
Verification Service
I purchased a Dior bra through Vinted’s verification service because I wanted the additional reassurance that the item had been professionally authenticated.
After receiving the item, I compared it with the product shown on Dior’s official website and had significant concerns about the quality, finishing, labels, and overall appearance. In my personal opinion, the item did not appear consistent with what I expected from a luxury Dior product.
I raised these concerns with Vinted and the item was sent for a second physical inspection by their authentication team. Vinted ultimately concluded that the item was authentic and returned it to me.
While I respect their decision, the experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability and transparency of the verification service. As a buyer, I expected a higher level of confidence and clearer explanations regarding the authentication process.
My advice to anyone purchasing high-value luxury items is to conduct their own research, compare items carefully with official product images, and consider obtaining an independent authentication if they have any concerns.

Vinted Support Team Fail to Adhere to Vinted Policies
The Vinted support team are terrible. I contacted them regarding a missing return parcel on 28.05.2026. The parcel tracking clearly shows that the parcel never reached the correct delivery destination. The parcel did not even reach the correct region and was only in the delivery country for 1 day and this was in a completely different region of the country to the actual delivery destination anyway. As such I never had any notification I could collect the returned parcel since it was never delivered. Despite this tracking evidence Vinted support responded that the parcel has failed to be collected for 8 days and therefore cancelled the transaction leaving the seller with no returned item and no payment. As evidenced from the tracking timeline already provided to vinted I am shocked by the support teams response to just make up a lie about an 8 day failed collection window when the parcel was never delivered and only in the country for 1 day before being returned to sender. Despite providing all of this evidence to vinted I am getting no response or assistance through their customer support and have lost a high value item. Absolutely terrible customer service from Vinted.
