I was robbed of tinder an operation.. they refused to discuss and would reply only automatic or premade answer.. had a small issues with an unsatisfied customer for a few euros, but finally they ended up giving away fpr free the entire item

Overall good, some improvements needed

I like the variety and quality of items available on vinted. The user interface is quite easy as well. I like the recommendations vinted shows me based on my liking pattern. There are a few things that could be improved:
1. If a seller sells an item that does not match the description or is faulty, the buyer should not be responsible to pay the postage to send it back. I had raised thisbissue with vinted for a past purchase, not sure if they made changes tonthis process.
2. Recently, more than half of my purchases were sent to pick-up points that i did not choose and were quite far and inconvenient for me to go to. This is frustrating. Please add an option to choose up to 3 pick up points, so even if the first choisece is unavailable, the delivery company can drop off to the next choices.
3. Some items I could not pick up because the pick-up window is short. Please see that there's at least 2 Saturdays in the pick-up window. It's difficult to go during the week days and some weekends people are away.
4. The buyer protection fee and the delivey fee adds quite a bit to the buying cost. Is it possible to lower it?

Valid VAT number rejected for months – no real support from Vinted

I have been trying for months to register to Vinted Pro with a valid Italian VAT number.

My VAT number is:

- active
- registered in VIES
- verified by my accountant

Despite this, Vinted’s system keeps rejecting it, and support has only provided generic responses without any real technical verification.

After multiple attempts, I was told that “their hands are tied” and no further action can be taken, which is not an acceptable solution.

I am not asking for special treatment, only for a proper manual verification or a clear explanation of the issue.

At the moment, the support experience has been extremely frustrating and unresolved.

I hope this review helps escalate the issue to someone who can actually investigate it properly.

Serious Issue: Parcels Not Delivered but Automatically Accepted”

I been order several times to Vinted and during this periods I get 3 time scam cause I never get notified that my parcel arrived once I open they say that the order been accepted by me and first of all if you don’t get the notification where to get your package how is possible the order been accepted , it been accepted by the app itself and as I mention before it happen to me already I been to track the package and it never arrived to the final destination proving the incompetence of Vinted app they refuse to give me my money back cause they say once you accept they can’t do nothing but I never accept nothing , hopefully was order of 15e every time but is not fair that they just don’t help even having proof I really like Vinted but I’m afraid this happen again with an expensive order that I need to pay and don’t get any help so be careful they are scammers

Very disappointing dispute resolution…

Very disappointing dispute resolution experience.

I returned an item with clear evidence and provided a full video showing careful multi-layer packaging. The parcel was accepted by the carrier in good condition.

However, Vinted closed the case without reviewing my video evidence and released the funds to the seller.

What is particularly concerning is that their explanation changed: first they claimed the issue was due to packaging, and later stated the parcel arrived empty — which indicates a transport issue, not packaging.

The recipient also failed to report the visibly damaged parcel at the pickup point and only raised the issue after leaving, which goes against standard delivery procedures and prevents proper carrier inspection or insurance claims. This was not taken into account by Vinted.

This case shows that even when you pay for Buyer Protection, you may still not be protected if a recipient simply claims that the parcel was damaged or empty.

I also contacted their legal team on March 16 and received no response.

Update: Vinted responded to my review and claimed to have re-evaluated the case, but simply repeated their original decision without addressing the inconsistencies or reviewing my evidence.

disgraceful customer service

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I am a Pro seller with over 1,700 reviews and I am still treated like complete rubbish by this platform. Every time there is a serious issue, I get useless AI-style responses, copy-paste replies, or I am simply ignored.

Most recently, I was banned from listing for 3 days for a “duplicate listing” even though the original item did not even show as processing. It looked like the upload had glitched or failed, so I listed it again assuming there had been an error. Instead of using common sense and reviewing it properly, Vinted punished me for what appears to be a fault on their own platform.

Even more ridiculous, they then say support can take up to 120 hours to reply, which is longer than the ban itself. So the appeal process is basically meaningless. By the time anyone bothers to respond, the restriction is already over. That is not customer service, it is a complete joke.

This is not the first problem either. Vinted constantly seems to side with scammers while genuine sellers are left fighting to be heard. I have raised multiple legitimate complaints and have been met with automated rubbish and no real help. On top of that, InPost tracking has not even been updating properly lately, which creates more stress and problems for both buyers and sellers.

The app is full of issues, the support is embarrassing, and the way genuine sellers are treated is shameful. I no longer trust this platform or its support team and I will be moving my business elsewhere. Vinted needs to fix its app, stop hiding behind automated responses, and start treating serious sellers with basic fairness and respect. At this rate, I genuinely do not see how this platform keeps serious sellers long term.

Feedback vinted

1.Receiving packages is not very convenient; each one has to be opened individually.
2.Delivery locations are too scattered, and sometimes packages are sent to the wrong address.
3.The turnaround time is too long for both receiving and shipping.
4.The platform needs to improve its screening and moderation of user quality.
5.The search and filtering functions are not sufficiently optimized or intelligent.

This is a failed platform that helps…

This is a failed platform that helps people steal.

I got blocked because I listed a Zara jacket, and they said it was fake (honestly, it’s the first time I hear that Zara items are even faked). I contacted them and sent all the proof — the invoice and even an email from Zara when I ordered the package and when it arrived.

I waited for a long time, and in the end, they replied with an automatic message saying the item is fake. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — I’m sure they didn’t even look at the evidence.

Let me add something else: after blocking me, many buyers ask for refunds so they can keep the item for free. Since Vinted supports this kind of behavior, they cancel the order and refund them.

So basically, they take your items and your money.

Be careful with this scam platform.
