I am very satisfied with Vinted, because it is easy to sell, communicate, find the desired goods. The program is very easy to use, everything is listed - orders, sales. Money for sold goods is transferred accurately, I have had no complaints or complications.

The app is very intuitive, and the buying experience is easy and secure. The protection for both buyers and sellers provides great peace of mind. My experience with Vinted has been outstanding.

This company automatically cancel any parcels sent to buyers if they do not receive it after 6 days and refund buyers money, leaving you without items or money even though the parcel is still enroute. They clearly do not have experience with English postal service which is diabolically slow.

I think it's a good way to sell things you don't use but they can still have a second chance with another person, however I understand it has to be a little price apart from the price of the product if you are gonna buy, but sometimes one thing that I want to buy, for example I saw shirt I love that was one euro, but when I go to the part of buying it, it says it's 6,70, and I think it's pretty much for the price it was supposed to be, leaving that apart it's good,more if you only sell and don't buy.

I’ve had a great experience using this app. It’s easy to navigate, buying and selling is simple. I also like how secure the payment and shipping process feels. Overall, a very convenient and reliable platform, highly recommended!

I have shipped many parcels via Vinted and never experienced an issue like this before.
In this case, I handed in a parcel correctly at a DPD parcel locker, fully following Vinted’s shipping instructions. I also received an email confirmation from DPD confirming that the parcel was successfully handed in.

Despite this, Vinted states that “the carrier has confirmed the parcel was not sent” and simply cancels the order and refunds the buyer. Proof of hand-in is disregarded. Vinted refers to DPD, DPD refers back to Vinted — and as a seller, you are left without any effective recourse.

This creates the clear impression that responsibility is being passed back and forth between platform and carrier, while the user bears the consequences. If documented proof is not sufficient, sellers effectively have no protection.

This seriously undermines trust in Vinted as a platform.

Vinted is such a good app and tool to sell and buy things. Everything goes smoothly and easily. It’s really good to give offers, change prices, and make the transfer very easy.

Buyer protection is misleading. Clear delivery damage with evidence, yet Vinted refused to open a claim with the carrier. Responsibility was passed around until the case was closed. Very poor customer support.

Platform without problems. Good prices and people.

I like the prices, the quality and how simple is everything. But sometimes I pay 2 or 3 euros for something and I pay 1 for the insurance and 4/5 for the transport. Sometimes you get the feeling that a purchase is not as good or you don't feel satisfied because you are paying more for other things than for the product. In any case, still an awesome app and really happy overall.
