Been going on for years now and vinted not interested in fixing the issue which says a lot about their website design and security which is obviously flawed and vulnerable…..

Terrible for sellers. Inpost lost my parcel and vinted compensated the buyer. Left me with no dress and no money. Terrible company

As long as nothing goes wrong it’s an ok platform and works. Once something goes wrong, you are faced with terrible customer service, delays, repeated requests for the same information. Any issues take a terribly long time to get resolved and only with constant queries.

Vinted was such an amazing experience and very addictive. How far thing's have changed, it doesn't work in the most simple terms and doesn't have a single bit of care. stubborn rules will probably end your existence and the blame will lye with yourselves!

Trust worthy no scam

I have dumped Vinted. They are a total joke. Are they chaotic because that's what this Lithuanian company is used to in Lithuania? Who knows but they are incompetent, inconsistent, unreachable and very bad for sellers. I've switched to the new and growing alternative that is a UK company BIDZZY. So much easier and real people customer service. Slow to start as new but believe they will replace Vinted in the UK. Vinted is a nightmare for UK pro and indivi sellers and we all know that truth.

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Everything was incredibly easy, fast and straightforward from start to finish. Great communication, no unnecessary hassle, and the whole experience was absolutely brilliant.

I’ve used eBay quite a lot before, but honestly Vinted has been a much better experience for me. It feels simpler, faster and much less stressful. I’ll definitely be using Vinted again and would highly recommend it!

Atrocious - They fill your head with promises and more promises but when it goes wrong, it’s your fault and you get penalised

Item purchased off the crap website called Vinted and emails came and went. They even had the audacity to charge me an insurance fee.

Well the big day came and Vinted sent me an email stating parcel is out for delivery. Yahoo! To ensure it’s correct, I checked EVRI website and yes it was confirmed.

It never arrived so I contacted EVRI and all I got was a useless virtual assistant. Then I managed to get an email from Vinted stating it may take another 25 days to be delivered.

If YOU cannot stick to what your state in emails, then you are lying, cheating and robbing your customers blind.

Annoyed? Yes, very. No scope for anything until EVRI catch the thief who stole my parcel or find it in the quagmire that they call a parcel delivery centre.

I WANT A REFUND. YOU HAVE FAILEC

I joined Vinted, posted a genuine item that I bought from Pets at Home (dog t-shirt) it got flagged as fraudulent activity and my account was suspended. Trying to appeal out of principle but will not be using them again. BBC news highlighted the issue of people getting banned in this way, due to AI getting false positives. I would not recommend using Vinted!

Useless sizing filters. No matter what I do I have a list full of 20s and 26s when I just want 22 or 24. It takes way too long to try and weed out items that are the correct size. Given up qnd no longer bother with Vinted.

Until recently I've been selling on Vinted without any problems. Buyers and sellers were genuine and in the beginning things worked really well. Now unfortunately the scammers and tricksters are operating on Vinted and coming up with so many scams Ive decided to terminate my account. Customer support isn't helpful usually leaving the genuine seller/buyer out of pocket (this is something the scammers are aware of) I strongly advisr you take as many photos of the item you are selling as possible, front back and sides. Keep all receipts when posting and definitely if returning a damaged item sent by the seller. Take photos of the package you are returning and show it bring placed in the locker. I have been scammed twice now on Vinted and it looks like I'm about to be hit with a 3rd scam. PLEASE BE CARFUL...THE SCAMMERS ARE OBVIOUSLY RUNNING RINGS ROUND THE VINTED 'HELP AND SUPPORT TEAM'. Its such a shame as it could be and once was a great concept for selling unwanted clothing.

The majority of sellers and customers on vinted are very pleasant and happy to help, I’ve very rarely had to deal with a bad one. Perves are rife if your selling underwear garments but you get that on any site and their blocked easily.
My disappointment is with Vinted Customer Service. Should you need their help you seldom get it. I’ve posted out a rather expensive item that arrived damaged in transit, I refunded the buyer straight away then put a claim into vinted myself for the damaged item and got no where with it. They kept messaging that their decision to not reimburse me was due to poor packaging ie thin paper!! I sent photos clearly showing the item thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a sturdy cardboard box with fragile stickers all over it! The buyer confirmed in her issue claim that the item was very well packaged and damage was obviously done in transit. I attempted to escalate the complaint and was told the decision was final for the same reasons ?!?!?

vinted is great just a few times they have flagged my items as counterfeit when they’ve been authentic resulting in an account suspension.

Trying to arrange a return through Vinted was very time consuming and when reaching out for assistance, all generated responses so really no help at all. I was therefore left out of pocket as the item was not fit for purpose. Had to throw away as the local charity shops wouldn't even take the item in question! I will never use Vinted again.

Vinted ripped us off my son sold jaw saw for £95 buyer opens claim and said the condition different than pictures we informed to Vinted they refund the money to the buyer and he didn’t return the item please avoid this scam side

I joined Vinted and initially found it okay but when I had to deal with customer services I found them to be so unhelpful and unco-operative that I closed my account. In fact I think the 'customer service agent' was just an AI bot as answers were suspiciously well written and arrived so quickly after my messages that they couldn't have been written by a human in that time.
But Vinted refused to help me or answer my questions about why my listing had been taken down. I was trying to resell an item that I had bought on the site a few weeks before but was the wrong colour. Vinted claimed it was a fake but wouldn't explain why they thought that or why they had allowed it to be sold to me. The agents/bots just wouldn't reply to my questions. I have decided to use other selling sites in future instead.
