It’s very good I love to sell stuff that I don’t need anymore there very good app

Till now all we bought was in top condition when arrived . Plus for a newbie selling , all is very easy with vinted, so is perfect or me.

They blocked you for nothing.
U can contact them only by message.
Rhey don't have any callcenter to call and when you have a big problem. it takes 48h to reply.
Allover nice app.. services can be much better like maybe adding some callcenter if someone have any question about an issue

Vinted is a easy and pretty safe way to sell and buy things from other people, I would like to see an option for a partial refund when something arrives damaged. Because now if something arrives damaged Vinted (almost) always gives the buyer the full amount back (even when the package contains multiple items and only 1 is damaged) but for the rest it’s a pretty good platform with usually some pretty decent prices

I have had a very positive experience with Vinted. I like how fast it is to sell thinkd thats a very good point but the transfert to the bank account is a bit long but it’s not that bad

I listed a Zara vest and they blocked me, accusing me of fraud. It has been over a month now. I sent them the invoice and everything they asked for, and I still haven’t received any reply. The problem is that I can no longer access my messages or my wallet. This app is truly a scam

So far everything has been top notch! I was a bit weary about this application but I’ve been pleasantly impressed!

Easy to use!

I have been a member for a few years with a few hundred transactions and great feedback. Out of nowhere, my account was permanently blocked with accusations of scamming and fraudulent activity. I wasn't selling a luxury Fendi bag, I just listed a low-cost item (7€ bike pedals) and accurately described its satisfactory condition.
I sent an appeal immediately. At first, it was confusing, but then I received a message saying they would investigate the case in detail. After about three weeks of total silence, the account was automatically reactivated with their official apologies.
I really hope Vinted works on its automated parameters. Right now, listing an item and honestly mentioning a defect or a missed part triggers the AI's sensitivity, turning accuracy into a lottery. To other users: if this happens to you, don't panic and don't spam the chat. It just takes time for a human to review the case and fix the system's mistakes. Glad to be back.

They upload the pictures very fast what is very good. En they contrôle every product that's coming to sell.

I LOVE VINTED! I never buy anything new cuz obviously I’m young and have no money, and VINTED is amazing! They offer a safe platform and a great service with a cheap service fee (usually like a pound). So good for the environment, so easy to use and can contact sellers easily, so easy to sell like REALLY easy especially compared to other sites like gumtree and eBay. 100% recommend I loveeee
