Awful bale quality
I would advise other vintage resellers to avoid this supplier. The quality and resale value of the stock received were far below expectations, resulting in a substantial financial loss. Despite providing detailed feedback and evidence, the company refused any return, exchange, or commercial solution. In my opinion, the level of customer service shown in this situation was very disappointing

Mid Quality
Quality was mid, clothing didn't even look like nike. Luckily Im selling this on Vinted so no one cares about perfection. I only had 2 peak shirts but even so, some of them weren't super good. The box arrived only with a box and everything was all over the place. I don’t know what to think of this.

Mixed experience Mixed experience – some good items, but quality and resale potential were disappointing
I understand that wholesale vintage bundles are always a mix and I wasn’t expecting brand-new items. I expected some stains, some damaged pieces, and some slower-selling items. However, I was surprised by how many items arrived with stains, damage, or wear that made them difficult or impossible to resell.
Out of 100 items, a significant number required a lot of work, and some had to be discarded altogether. The bundle was also heavily weighted towards sizes XS and XXL, darker colours, and trousers, which are generally more difficult to sell. I would have appreciated a better balance of sizes, colours, styles, and eras.
On the positive side, the order arrived and there were some usable pieces. However, after washing, steaming, sorting, and assessing everything, I don’t feel the bundle offered good value for the £130 paid.
I had hoped to become a regular customer because the delivery process was convenient, but unfortunately this first order was not profitable for my business. I hope the company can improve quality control and create a better balance in future bundles.

I recently placed an order for 50 hunting vests with Vintage Wholesale Supply. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived with 2 items missing and a number of damaged items, so I needed to contact customer support.
What impressed me was how quickly the team responded and handled the claim. They reviewed the evidence promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and approved compensation in line with their grading policy. The resolution was fair, transparent, and much faster than I expected.
While the quality of this particular batch was not perfect, the dispatch time, customer service, and after-sales support were excellent. It's reassuring to know that when there is an issue, they take it seriously and work towards a reasonable solution.
Special thanks to Oscar and the team for the professional handling of my claim.
Would happily order from them again.

I purchased a bundle of 50 Carhartt shirts, but unfortunately the package never arrived, despite being marked as delivered.
From the very beginning, the customer service team was willing to help and fully cooperated throughout the investigation process. Although we were ultimately unable to recover the package, the company handled the situation professionally and refunded the full purchase amount, with the exception of the shipping costs.
I would especially like to thank Brandon from the customer support team for his dedication and assistance throughout the entire process. He was responsive, helpful, and committed to finding a solution at every stage.
While the outcome was disappointing due to the lost package, I appreciate the effort and support provided by the customer service team.
