I’ve ordered 2x 25kg. 50% branded 50% unbranded. But that’s not what I’ve received. I’ve asked for a return but still no reaction on order ORDER #10472

Been trying to receive my package/refund for over 2 months. Vague automated responses, ignoring messages, and they challenged my dispute on revolut for my refund, very shady business.

I bought a mix of grade A, B, and C clothing during a sale event, including one standout item: a Carhartt jacket advertised as grade A. Unfortunately, the jacket turned out to be grade B and even after carefully hand-washing it three times, it still had several persistent stains, was discolored, and torn sleeves
I reached out to the company for a solution, but initially they responded by saying that because it's a "vintage" item, the condition falls under their definition of grade A. I didn’t find this explanation acceptable, as it doesn’t align with the quality one would reasonably expect.

In the end, the company offered me a partial refund of €25, which I’ve already received. Special thanks to Sebastián for his help and support throughout the process. This gesture shows that the company genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and will make things right when issues arise. I also appreciated the fast shipping. Overall, I would still recommend them. mistakes can happen and they attended me so

Trustworthy and kind people, very good selection

The worst wholesale order I’ve received ever. The items were meant to be y2k and all I received were cheap items with no labels. The ones that did have labels were from primark and cider. I’m currently asking for a return but I will have to pay shipping costs for their mistake? I’d avoid this company

Update: the company did refund 50% of the order, hence updated rating, however I did also only receive 9/10 tops ordered.

The customer service here is not like something I have seen before. I ordered a 25kg Branded Mix and I wanted to return my order. I messaged them on instagram asking what to do, when i should’ve sent them an email. That is a mess up on my part. I got a reply when my 2 weeks of being able to return had already ended, which is understandable because businesses don’t check instagram every day. They agreed to return my order after the 2 weeks. I also had already sold an item so we agreed on a 10€ deduction, which is also a mess up on my part. They fixed my mistakes and am super grateful for that. They made a huge exception with me and it just shows that this is definitely a very trustworthy business. VERY good customer service. Would Recommend.🙏
