Super quick delivery. This is a very simple product and evidently imported as a package from the US as all instructions are in imperial. This isn’t a problem but the fact that only dry-wall screws are provided (which are so typical in the US) in my opinion is. In view of the not inconsiderable £500+ price, it wouldn’t take much to provide an order option for matching black masonry screws rather than just say they can be purchased separately.

Ordered items with Vintage View via their website following up with a call the following day. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, dispatching the items same day.
Items received as stated and in perfect condition. We're yet to install the items, but they look to be as expected and images provided. Items well finished and handled with care.

VintageView is a fantastic system. I spent some time researching the best racking that didn't attach to the wall but floats by attaching to the floor and ceiling. The system is telescopic so managed to fit in my 3 metre high wine wall/room. Delivery arrived the day after ordering and the system is expensive but superb quality.
