Went to their Launceston store…
Went to their Launceston store yesterday, been saying for a very long time we must go , very happy with what we purchased and the Lady who served us was very helpful and polite. Thank you will be back again.

Not impressed.
Ordered 4 pairs of Levi jeans - order ref: 4202.
Received one pair of Levi’s, plus two dirty pairs of Lee jeans and a pair of stained Wrangler jeans. This is not what was advertised.
No communication to advise there were going to be substitutions and the 20% discount code advertised was not applied.
Frankly, I feel duped and I got a box of junk.
I always buy Levis as used, mostly from a market but also on Ebay (where even new ones go for less than £30). I saw a random advert online and checked out the web-page. Saw various images of seemingly very good condition Levis and plumped for four pairs for £79. After a few days they arrived and I was horrified when I opened the packaging. Three pairs were almost acceptable but the fourth was an absolute mess - frayed pocket; frayed hems; ripped crotch and generally looked like they had been lifted from a morgue. In summary, not a single pair matched the examples blatantly advertised and I would not have paid £10 for any of them, so I wrote to the so-called service team on 22nd May. No reply so I wrote again on 23rd May, and again no reply. Their position apparently (from the enclosed returns label) is that I need to pay for the return unless they are faulty, which clearly they are. They are also a clearly unrepresentative advertisement, hence my writing to them requesting a pre-paid label. I am left to conclude this is what they do - sell cheap nasty tat and bat away any customer concerns. I do not expect brand new from somewhere called "Vintage" but I do expect wearable and I do expect accurate adverts. This place is as good a reason as there is to buy from Ebay - totally shocking.
UPDATE 30 May 2024. Having been critical of their customer service I do need to update my review following a VERY generous resolution to the matter complained about. The items are still unwearable (for me) but the response to my concerns was (eventually) exemplary. The stars have been upped from 1 to 3 consequently.
Ordered 4 pairs of Levi jeans, got the bigger size, and a great price, super fast delivery, very impressed
Decided to do an online order of 50 used Levi's jeans.
50% Grade A, 50% grade B. Out of the 50 jeans there were only 17 very average Grade A and the rest were Grade B with about 3 Grade C folded neatly on top in one of the boxes, ripped out, general rubbish.
Quick free delivery though but everthing very average. Not impressed
Beware having to pay for returns
I bought an offer of 4 pairs of second hand jeans, sold as group unseen. The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately the jeans arrived and were a lot more ripped and torn than I expected, so I returned them. There are no free returns like with bigger online retailers. The return shipping cost £8.
