Hi, my sofa is a lovely shape, but not the advertised colour of citrine, it is advertised on the website under yellow/gold sofas, but is green. Had to chase company for delivery too. I've had a lovely response to this from Vintage sofa; their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them and will be happy to buy from them in the future.

Easy to order kept informed throughout manufacturing process optional delivery date and beautiful chair so pleased.

Lovely quality lampshade, worth the wait !! Royal Mail furthet slowed the delivery down or would have rated 5 !!

The sofa was for my daughter so I hadn’t actually seen it until today and all I can say is WOW. It is stunningly beautiful the smell of the leather tells you the quality. It is quite breathtakingly beautiful ❤️
I forgot to mention the chair is also quality and beautiful too

I have had 3 orders now with Vintage Sofa Co (due to things not being available together and then a voucher due to poor service), and I have had problems with all 3. Thankfully the items themselves (apart from the one which turned up broken, which was then replaced) have all been very good quality. However, the customer service overall has let them down, and I would never order from them again. We only ordered in the first place because they promised a delivery date for when we were moving into a new house - but they missed this date by weeks, and initially failed to acknowledge the promise, even though it was clearly detailed on the order form. Such a shame, as I say, the furniture is very nice, but I don't want the hassle of errors on every order, and having to chase customer service multiple times on each order.

I haven’t received my sofas yet but the service from Henry with ordering was excellent. My (many) questions were answered including Henry making a video for me to show size, cushions, etc. Great service!

Great Service and a beautiful sofa!

I had written a review regarding a faulty sofa and the replies I received were nothing short of gas lighting and blatant lies. The supposed independent tech sent out uses a gmail account and I cant seem to find him listed anywhere on the registry of actual qualified furniture technicians. I was told there were no faults and the sofa was performing as expected. I was also told that I must pull out the fiber from the cushions, and fluff and plump it on a regular basis to keep the sofa performing as intended. They kept insisting the cushions were fiber filled and this was normal so I sent them a picture of the foam with a thin layer of fiber on top and told them there is no way you can plump or fluff a piece of foam, I was then told that I should still be fluffing the fiber, however it was glued onto the foam so this was absolute madness.
When an actual registered technician came out he found 12 faults within the sofa including incorrect cutting of the foam and leather that left a 5cm gap at the back of the couch and cushion in the corner and a 4,5 cm gap where the cushions should have met in the middle, this was on top of the foam bottoming out due to being of very poor quality and numerous other faults.
If the company had just had the decency to replace the faulty and improperly cut cushions it might have cost them around £400 or so, instead they fobbed me off and gave me ridiculous excuses as to why the sofa was having issues at 4.5 months old. My section 75 claim has now been upheld and it has cost them around £2.4k.
I have a chair from them too that I had purchased about a month after the sofa that is starting to feel a bit 'springy' and I'm waiting to see if this is going to get worse or if this is as bad as it will get.
If it does need replacing or repairing, I sincerely hope the company will behave more professionally in the future, all most customers really want is to have issues resolved or repaired and most don't want to have to go through a section 75 claim.
I would warn anyone about dealing with this company as if anything goes wrong you are in for a lengthy process and the responses from their customer service team seem designed to fob you off and make you go away rather than addressing the real issues.

I have now gotten a request to submit information to prove it was a verified review and actual purchase yet you were able to respond to me. Please use the reviews as feedback on how to treat your customers and perhaps the one star reviews from myself and others wont be an issue in the future. I feel you knew there were faults from the first pictures sent as you could clearly see there was a big gap at the front where the cushions did not meet. Perhaps get an independant tech that actually knows what does and does not constitute a fault, one that is registered or owns an actual business and not just a name with a gmail account.
Hope this feedback is taken on board and helps the next customer that has issues.

Bought chairs through their website. Always dubious with online purchases until they arrive. Was not disappointed, the chairs are beautiful, good quality and well made. Slight hiccup with delivery but Katy and Ashleigh in customer services sorted my problem out and rescheduled delivery promptly at my convenience.
We were so impressed with the chairs that we decided to visit their very quirky, beautifully presented, vast showroom on the outskirts of Halifax.
You cannot walk away from this showroom with buying something. We spent more than intended but it’s well worth it.
All the staff are great. Offered us a drink on arrival and left us to roam freely until we were ready to purchase. George helped us with a smooth transaction with free delivery (unheard of).
Will definitely be keeping an eye on their website and revisiting the showroom in the future.

We had another visit to Jowler Mill as we love looking at the most beautiful furniture in the most fabulous settings.
The staff are welcoming and Polite and Natalie was very helpful with my decision to buy a sofa .

Been looking at the items here for ages and finally treated myself to a table and lamp, absolutely gorgeous!! Items are shipped within time frame, very well packaged and delivery guys were great. I had previously messaged them regarding sofas and their response time was quick. Highly recommend, items are unique and great quality. Im in love with their store and trying to decide what to buy next.

Wind your way through postman-pat-like lanes in Halifax and cut into the side of a hill is a converted mill, the interior of which is a wonderland of whimsical decor, eccentric and formal furniture and glorious materials. Be prepared to spend many hours there - we travelled from faraway as their website was soooo much better than the standard fare. George and the team are fantastic, the communications were brilliant (check what they have before you go, they'll do what they can prior to arrival) and the sofas were delivered - free of charge - within 10 days. We will definitely be back for a matching footstool, we can't recommend them enough!

I am a returning customer to Vintage Sofa Co and even though I’ve visited on many occasions, I always receive the most impeccable service! The staff are knowledgeable, are patient and always there to lend a helping hand! Natalie and Georgina have always been so helpful! Could spend hours in the showroom!!

The sofa looks and feels great, we are really pleased we bought it. Katy responded quickly when I queried the status of the delivery, and the two men who delivered it managed to through a fairly narrow entrance hall, take away any packaging, and leave the space looking fab. We would recommend buying from the vintage sofa co!
