Easy to place an order, impossible to get help after or make a return
I really liked their designs and they were helpful in responding to my questions when it came to ordering. Prior to ordering I also asked and confirmed their return policy. I received my sweatshirts and were pretty happy with them, but need to return part of it. I have been trying to contact them via email for weeks to initiate the return since there is no customer service number, but have not received any response.
Meanwhile I was searching other products on their site and promptly received an email asking if I needed help placing my order. I asked a question and got an email back with an answer right away, but as soon as I inquired about the return process on my original order, NOTHING! They suck you in to make a purchase but make it incredibly impossible to return. I understand if the policy said no returns, but it is clearly stated, plus I even asked to confirm the policy to make sure.
Initially I would have recommended this retailer, but until I hear back from them, I can not. Be careful.
