I contacted VFC several times (before, during and after the sale) and their response time was immediate (grazie mille Signore Capra!!!!). Moreover, once my order was shipped it arrived in 4 days, extremely quick given it was a cross Atlantic shipment. In summary, I am very, very pleased with VFC from start to item's arrival.
