hello, ups requires a signature on delivery and since it was not a delivery by appointment, it stopped by your address depending on the daily organization and the number of deliveries scheduled for today in your area, probably you were not at home or maybe your name was not on the doorbell, we cannot know this so we can only make assumptions; when UPS does not find the recipient because it has to have them sign for the package, it takes it to the nearest collection point so the recipient can collect it the same day without having to wait for the next day and another passage by the courier. in any case, the shipment was being delivered from Italy to Scotland on a working day, and now it is in a collection point 300 meters from your home. We think your 1 star review is exaggerated, at least you could have waited to see the product too, never mind. kind regards
