Upset purchase - COMMANDE #80591
I bought the 1999-00 Arsenal yellow away shirt with excellent condition on 3rd April, with red Nike mark at the collar and the size at the bottom part of the shirt, but when it arrived on 20th April, the received shirt is totally different, the collar with black Nike mark, no size tag at the bottom part of the shirt, also in poor condition with holes, scratches and the colour of the shirt totally pale off, I tried to contact your side thru WhatsApp and the email address, contact email address, no one response my case, so upset this time.
J'ai acheté le maillot extérieur jaune Arsenal 1999-00 en excellent état le 3 avril, avec la marque Nike rouge sur le col et la taille en bas du maillot, mais lorsqu'il est arrivé le 20 avril, le maillot reçu est totalement différent, le col avec la marque Nike noire, pas d'étiquette de taille en bas de la chemise, également en mauvais état avec des trous, des rayures et la couleur de la chemise totalement pâle, j'ai essayé de vous contacter via WhatsApp et l'adresse e-mail, ‘contact’ , personne ne répond à mon cas, donc bouleversé cette fois.
