i have a pair of jeans that i got about two years ago from a little vintage shop. i’ve worn them to death but i am so attached to them. was so sad knowing they’d fall apart one day. i was googling to see where i would get another pair from and they popped up. made my day and for only £22. YES PLEASE. absolutely made my year. amazing.

SCAM - Should have looked on here first. Ordered an 8 item box, several items old and very tatty so immediately returned the goods - this was back in November 2025. Despite following their Returns process and using Royal Mail tracked - still no refund. I've had 3 different customer service tickets raised, 8 email replies between 7th January and 3rd February apologising and promising to action as a "priority" - then radio silence ! Reporting to Trading Standards - no profile on Linkedin for Jonathan Green - surprise surprise !!

I've never being able to give my kids the brand names that they want, they say its okay but you can sense the disappointment and it makes you feel like you've let them down. So, finally being able to give them not just one but a variety - and seeing them happy and excited cause its something they never expected - is just an unexplainable feeling! Ive always felt so guilty I couldn't get them what they really wanted, so i want to thank you.

Product does not get shipped, customer service hands out generic responses many times over but does not sort anything. so I’ve lost my money. It’s a scam. Do not use this company.

My son bought clothes , doesnt fit him. We have return parcel straight away , sent proof of postage to Vintage club. It has been more than month and we didnt get money back. They have asked several times to sent proof of postage, and i have received several emails saying ...it will be processing , we will contact you ... no
but no date, no time , no money.

Bought the gamble box, was originally priced at £50 but with a code got it for £40. When the clothes finally came… well, I didn’t know if I wanted to laugh or cry. Had 3 pieces, all in poor condition.. either had stains, stunk, or faded beyond what is acceptable to wear in public.
I could have got these for less than half the price anywhere else… that’s if anyone would have the audacity to sell them. Proper being mugged off. Can’t believe this company has the audacity to sell the plop they sold me. I completely understand the reviews now. Should have checked before hand… but too late now. Ain’t going to bother asking for a refund…. Will just use the clothes to throw at a wall if ever I’m bored.

Been scammed stay away won’t give refund saying waiting on Royal Mail there never gonna pick it up there don’t run this far behind by looks off it I just got expect the loss

Clearly second hand as it arrived with a broken zip and is unwearable.

I’ve ordered from Vintage Club a handful of times, they’ve always been amazing, providing great quality items everytime.

I ordered 3 football kits from here for my children and they took 2 months to arrive, was it able to gift these to my children for Christmas and when they arrived they arrived in the wrong sizes, I have since emailed and they told me they was going to send out the correct sizes , they still haven’t sent them, they said they need to check if they have left there facility and they are not sure how there sizes work ?? Absolute scam

I WILL ONLY RECOMMEND BUYING THE CARHARRT JACKETS, DONT EXPECT FAST DELIVERY, IT COMES FROM CHINA, IF YOU WANT TO GUARANTEE AUTHENTIC GARMENT BUY DIRECT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BUT THERE IS TOO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO IGNORE. IM RELIEVED I DONT HAVE TO TRY RETURNING IT.

Honest but fair review. Delivery took 11 days from order to get to UK from China. I see lots of complaints about football tops and mystery boxes having old or poor quality garments, I can’t speak on that. I ordered Carhart jackets on the 3 for 2 offer so it was £200 for 3. I am fairly sure the jackets are fake because the labels are full of spelling mistakes and even had inconsistencies between garments. That being said, the quality is great, very thick fabric and heavy, solid build and great seams. Honestly better than what I expected. If I was told it was a fake I’d still be happy with the price I paid, but selling a fake carharrt under the guise of it being real is very misleading for a customer. I am very happy with my purchase overall. Also worth adding jackets are literally in brand new condition, smells like they’re right out the factory and I don’t believe a vintage jacket could ever be in this condition unless it never left the bag. I feel 4 or 5 stars is my opinion of the purchase even if it is fake because price for quality is good. I cannot verify authentic but If I had to guess I’d say this is a replica not the real thing. Overall I have 0 complaints, i don’t care much for branding, I care about garment quality and honestly this surpassed my expectations given the reviews. 1 star would be harsh but fair if they’re selling fakes as the real thing, however honestly I’m very happy so rating 1 star doesn’t make sense and I’d buy more of these jackets in the future. Im 6 foot 2 and lean but 90kg and the hooded jackets fit great, no need to size up unless you wanted an oversized look. The jacket without a hood fits but is just on the small side when I stretch my arms because my back and shoulders are quite wide, it still fits but if you are stocky and similar height go for XL if you want a more relaxed fit. I bought L for all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After placing my order on 8th Jan, I was charged the full amount but then told one item could not be found. I was offered a refund and when accepted, I was asked by another customer service agent to provide details (which were in the trail). The other item duly arrived and was in a terrible condition. It was returned on the 14th for refund and by the 1st Feb the company was still stalling, advising that they were awaiting confirmation of return. Always apologetic but always stalling. I am still awaiting my refund.

I bought a poster as a gift from here 2 months ago, which was marked as delivered but either lost, stolen or actually never delivered.

I have since been in a 'conversation' with Vintage Club's AI powered 'customer service' team which feels like it was created with the sole purpose to be a hell adjacent experience.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I'm only fighting for my 30 quid back out of sheer principal at this point.

Vintage Club, you absolutely suck.
