Damaged my items
Offered me a tiny amount for somethings worth a lot more. Declined offer and had items returned. 2 items were sent back damaged and had no contact from customer care which apparently takes up to 30 days to reply and resolve. I am devastated that my bracelet is bent and now no longer sellable or even to pass down to my children. Would not reccomend. Total cowboys
I have been offered £20 which I have rejected and they do not acknowledge that they have damaged my item.

Contact VCC. They send me a postage label. I've sent box with some watches, jewelry and two cameras. They offered me £28. I've made £213 by selling g all the items to jewellers and on Vinted.

I was very impressed at how quick & easy it was. I downloaded a label to print off at home, packed a small box with the goods I wanted to sell & sent the box free of charge to Vintage Cash Cow. The communication was excellent, letting me know they had received the parcel to informing me they were valuing the goods. Within a couple of days they made me a generous offer, which I accepted & payment was made via a bank transfer within 2 working days.
Would definitely recommend & use again, excellent all round.
