Truly shocking - need invesigating
Criminals, plain & simple. Do NOT send them your precious goods. They have a serious problem with someone helping themselves to goods. No explanation. No Compensation. And then they have the nerve to reply here, blaming me. I didn’t lose the goods - You did. Your offer of compensation was a joke. I took advice from the Financial Ombudsman. I’ve now written, advising that the matter will be taken to the small claims court unless you respond (deadline Friday 4th). You know where I am…

Excellent Service From Start To Finish
Excellent customer service, they got in touch with me to tell me what was happening from start to finish. I didn't know what to expect money wise from the valuation but I thought if it was going to under a certain price I would ask for it to be returned. I was overjoyed when they told me how much my box was worth, it was nearly four times over my rejection price. Will definitely do it again, it was so easy. 👍😊

I had a very good experience with Vintage Cash Cow. I received my package including address label. I packed all my unwanted items in box. I was able to have my parcel picked up from my address. It was delivered in a couple of days and within two days I received my quotation which- I was very happy to accept. Two working days later bank transfer was in my account..

In relation to the items that we do buy, as part of the circular economy, items are sold on or donated into the community. We would not melt anything down as we simply do not have the facility to do so.

Posted vintage cameras and various…
Posted vintage cameras and various lenses for evaluation. Derisory offer not accepted and asked for return of items. A hard case from one of the cameras got broken, and a multifaceted lens was lost. Customer service said that cctv reviewed the whole process and said everything was returned. So how did the case get broken, and where did the lens disappear to? A dreadful experience and I most certainly would not encourage anybody to use this service. Their reply that a resolution was reached is a lie. I challenge them to tell what the resolution was!
