I had very positive experience with vintagecarpets.com. Great and supportive communication, always very fast replies on my questions. The carpets got shipped in time, return of one carpet was very easy. And the carpets look exactly as shown in the videos, no bad surprises here :). We are very happy with our carpet.

I was really in doubt! It was a lot of money to pay for something you haven't seen, my husband thought I was crazy. But after seeing the video again and again I was in love with my persian rug.
And it is Absoulutly fantastic! Now I want one more ;)))

Ordered a carpet online. First of all the website is very good, especially with a video of each carpet which gives you a good impression what you are buying. Amir's carpets are really one of the best in the markets. His presentation in the online videos shows pretty much exactly how the carpets look in real life! The service and response time are better then anything else we know. He gives all efforts to make the customers happy. It would be nice if all online markets were managed that professional, especially when you buy such expensive products via internet.

Starting with an easy to handle online service the whole carpet trade was a trustful business experience for me. A huge variety of carpets in all colours and sizes makes it fun to browse through the carlets on offer. I purchased 3 large carpets that held to my expectations.

First I was really suspicious whether these prices are in fact real or if the whole issue is nothing but a hoax. I apologize for these distrustful prejudices towards someone I had never met before and would definitely recommend vintagecarpets.com to anyone looking for professional and fair online treatment of customers in relation to high quality and hard to get carpets!

Yes, I was wary about buying a carpet from Greece to have shipped to Australia, it's a long way and they are heavy, however the prices were still much better than here and the carpets themselves unique.

The videos were helpful and the questions were always answered promptly. I had no issues with customs and they carpets arrived within 1 week. Fantastic service, I would recommend to anyone.

I live in Canada and was a bit hesitant about importing a carpet I couldn't return. However, the videos available on the "Vintagecarpets" website are so helpful and, in my experience, accurate as well. On the videos, if there are any "flaws" in the carpet, Amir points them out and also tries to find the most accurate shot of the carpet. A big selling point for me was certainly his honest and revealing demeanour on the videos. The carpet I ordered is exactly as pictured and I will be ordering more. One final note, the Canadian duties and taxes were quite reasonable, I thought, amounting to about 15 percent. Catherine

Great beautiful carpets that arrived to us only few days after placing the order online. Vintage carpets.com also sent us personalised video of a carpet that we were very undecided that did not have a video, but ultimately choose not to buy that specific carpet after watching the video sent to us. I strongly advice everyone to watch the videos and in our experience the videos were more accurate than the pictures on the website. Congratulations to Vintagecarpets.com for providing such excellent service and their beautiful collection.

I have never bought anything online but was very tempted by the carpets I discovered on vintagecarpets.com They had an excellent offer of proving a free carpet if i bought 2. I also utilised the video service that I found to be extremely useful. I finally placed my order and was very impressed with the professionalism and speed of the service. I am now a happy online shopper with a beautiful rosemary colour carpet in my living room. Thank you to all involved.

I am very impressed with the quality of my carpets I have bought from vintagecarpets.com. My neighbour is a carpet expert and he confirmed to me that the carpets were genuine Persian carpets. You simply won't have a single issue with Vintage Carpets. The service is just exceptional with links to YouTube for videos, and Amir the owner is the best! Don't be afraid to ask him for a special video with your selection of carpets! I'm from Chile and the parcel arrived in only 3 days!!!

I have been very satisfied with Vintagecarpets, it has gone to great efforts to provide the carpet I had chosen even though it was no longer available. It was easy to communicate with the person in charge. The shipment to Switzerland was straightforward and quick. Also I am very pleased with the carpet, which looks just like on the picture/video and is a unique piece full of character.

I love my rug just as describe in the video, arrived in the USA in 3 days; him and his wife were very helpful on the phone and email. For the size of my rug best price I have seen. Most importantly the way he makes it look modern has no marks or lines like other rugs of the bleach. May Martin
