We were very pleased with our recent purchase of a rug through Vintage carpets. The website was easy to use and the owner responded quickly via What’s App to my many questions. He sent me a new video of the carpet so I could get a better idea of colour and gave me a very good price. The colour in the video is very true to actual colour. Shipping was quick and free which is excellent. Buyers in the UK should be aware that they will pay duty and then VAT on both the duty and the price of the item. It was still worth this extra expense given the very reasonable base cost and quality of the carpet.

If you are contemplating buying a rug through this website, do it! Absolutely beautiful rugs..I bought three. The owner Amir personally sent me videos to ensure the colors fit my decor. I got an amazing price and the quality is worth so much more than I paid. If you are looking for a unique piece to complete a room, you found it.

I strongly recommend VINTAGE CARPETS, we had a very positive experience from start. When we ordered we immediately received a feedback, and very kind further comments on the purchase, availability etc… the seller talked to us via Whatsapp, being very transparent on the way color appeared on the carpet, and he offered extra adjustments on the carpet before dispatching so that we are fully satisfied, despite we did not raise this issue. It was an outstanding service offered with the purchase. We received additional videos and pictures before dispatching as the owner of Vintage Carpets really wanted to make sure we are happy with our choice. Dispatching with UPS went well, a very well protected and packaged carpet arrived home, at our door. We unfolded it and were delighted to discover a very good quality vintage, recolored carpet, really in line with the pictures and videos advertised. 100% reliability. What you see on the website is what you get. Last but not least, we are really happy with the way our order was taken care of, the communication in English was professional and friendly. Perfect high end service !!!

Getting a carpet into the UK at a challenging time was going to be difficult but proved easier than expected although it did take 12 days. Carpet as advertised and worth the small weight. Brexit comes with a price and added import duties of about 25% to the price paid for the carpet.

We originally made a purchase which was not a best fit for us, but were able to organise the original carpet collected by UPS and returned to Vintage Carpets.The experience encountered when dealing about a replacement with Vintage Carpets was then very good. They have displayed a great ability to understand our needs and provided with very good advices.
I have discovered Vintage Carpets with searching through the internet, alongside other sellers, but my choice going for them was definitely the right one!
I would warmly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a nice carpet at home, yet having no clear knowledge about the art of carpet making.
