Excellent communication from start to finish, including a follow up call to check that everything was OK after delivery of the watch. Like many purchasers, I was a little reluctant about spending a reasonable amount of my hard earned with someone I didn't know and without seeing the item in the flesh. Would be happy to buy from Andrew again.

Part exchange with a great company
After discussing a part exchange for a watch on their web site. The transaction took place and I purchased the watch. What’s more is that we met in London where Andrew could inspect my watch and I could inspect the purchased watch. All the papers were signed and my driving license was photo copies to ensure that everything was legal. Great company to deal with and Andrew was a total Gent.
