Is there any way to start a legal action against this "company"? I have waited for more than a year... they don't even answer my emails.

haven't got mine yet almost been more than a year past my delivery date.. they are not very communicative they just tell u what u want to hear in 1 short sentence less than 5 words "you will get your product" was 1 of the many emails I got back, I also got a second delivery date which already passed last september its very disappointing, how can Indiegogo even let this happen indiegogo should be shut down for encouraging this cancerous scamming.

SCAM! BEWARE! I ordered their Vipok Split Screen product on IndieGogo back in Fall 2018. Estimated delivery was supposed to be Dec. 2018. Then it got pushed to Feb. 2019. Then again until May 2019. Each time, it was with a new excuse: "We're revising the product." "The factory decides when these go out." "We're speeding up production, just keep waiting!"

Their Indiegogo page stopped making updates on Sept. 2019--a full year after I contributed--and have neither received what I paid for ($219.00 worth of products!!!) or received any follow-up requests for a refund. The campaign/company has been silent and IndieGogo has allowed them to steal our money.

This is very, very upsetting. I'm more upset that IndieGogo does nothing when it comes to allowing TERRIBLE, untrustworthy companies like Vinpok to break faith with consumers. This is really bad practice. Buyers BEWARE. I would happily join in a civil suite against IndieGogo or Vinpok to get our money back. There appear to be thousands of victims of this criminal company.

And now it is Jan 2020 and still nothing.

If i could, i would give zero stars to these bunch of scammers. I placed an order for the screens a year ago on indiegogo and despite repeated requests for updates on shipping they have not shipped anything and not provided any updates. I am not the only one that has been scammed (just check their page on indiegogo) These guys are pure fraud

Shame that there is no possibility of giving zero stars, because they definitely deserve that. This company is posing as an American-based company (while actually Chinese) on Indiegogo trying to get funding for an external screen. However, I do not believe they have any intentions of fulfilling their obligation to actually deliver anything to their backers, regardless of the policy of Indiegogo. They in fact have violated most of the legal policies already and do not seem to care one bit about it. There is virtually no communication regarding the progress of the campaign and they are answering their customers with copy-paste, meaningless answers, if any answers are given at all. I have lost all faith in this company and would highly recommend to keep away from them as far as possible in order not to get scammed as well.

This company is a total scam. It’s been over a year, the company refused to send the products or refunds to the backers.

Total scam. Purchased through crowdfunding campaign over a year ago and have received nothing - no updates or refunds. STAY AWAY

I ordered a Vinpok split more than one year ago and, as many other backers on indiegogo, I never received anything. Do not waste your money and your time with them. They are a totally scam!

I purchased 2 x Vinpok Split via Indiegogo. Vinpok gave many updates, then started to say the monitors were near to being delivered, Nothing was delivered to myself and many other backers. No further updates came and they just stole my money, even though I asked for a refund.

Don't waste your time or money with this company they are thieves and scam artists.

It's a scam. don't buy anything from there. With hate, your backer for Vinpok monitor on Indiegogo that didn't receive item for more than a year and the only answer is: we will ship it soon. Got this answer for at least 10 times.

Bought the magnetic USB-C connector for my MacBook Pro, mainly for charging. Despite Vinpok claiming it to the compatible with the my model and for the intended purpose, it just didn't work at all. Too much electrical resistance introduced by the connector - no charge delivered to MacBook Pro. Magnetic grab was also far too flimsy.

Avoid.

Not worth it at all..

Got this product at thought is was completely wireless. It turns out that AirPods had to be charged manually through a cable. Do not make sense at all.

Used Macbook charge cable, the thing died after a few months.

Would not recommend.

Great products for iPhone -the adapters and cables are the great product and the cases fit well. I won't buy other brands now - in my opinion, worth paying more for.
