Poor after sales service and zero accountability

We got a curved stair lift installed at our Santushti Holistic Health Clinic in Chandigarh in November 2024, and ever since, it’s been nothing but trouble. Constant issues with battery backup, charging, and other faults - every time we raise a complaint, it takes 3-4 days, 10-15 calls, and 20+ messages before anyone bothers to show up.

We made a huge mistake spending ₹7.5 lakhs on this lift from Vin Grace. The service is unbelievably poor. The owner, Sameer Sehgal, was extremely responsive before the sale but has completely disappeared since installation. He never answers calls or messages; after multiple follow-ups over several days, someone from his team might finally respond with a lazy “sir, clean the track” which we’ve done countless times, only for the problem to return.

We run a healthcare facility and can’t afford this kind of unreliable service. All we’re left with is regret. Think a thousand times before buying from this company. For such a high-priced, premium product, their attitude and after-sales service are shockingly bad.

If this is not resolved within 7 days, we will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and share our detailed experience on Instagram and Facebook, where we reach over 1 million followers, to make others aware before they face the same issues.

Not exactly what you were expecting

I got a call from this number +91 60032 33584. They said this was a 'business' oppurtunity to provide 5 star reviews of places I had never been to, visited or heard about.

Obviously this is a scam, but, sad to see where the internet has taken a turn.

Now imagine how genuine the business is or the services they provide. Pitiable.
