Fabric ISNT soft and tailoring is

Fabric ISNT soft and tailoring is
designed for the obese. Im a 6', 175 lb guy, with a waistline 32'. That covers a huge percentage of male population and the length of shirt arms and body of shirt is appropriate for a large but the mid body of shirt is much wider than the shoulders And the quality of fabric is so stiff that it doesn't conquer to the body to lay a little more flat. Looks disgusting. Like something A young teenager may have tailored in home economics class. $170 for an experiment to see if it shrinks down in the right areas, lol, and fabric loosens a little. Do not approach this company. Terrible integrity.

horrible communication

horrible communication, i paid for my order and got free shipping. when the package arrived 4 days late the mail carrier said i had to pay $10.59.

i had forgot to order something so i ordered a second item on 11/26/22, today is 12/15/22 and i still have not received anything i called several days ago and they said it was returned to sender and possibly put back in inventory and there are no more in stock so i could choose a different color or would have to wait for a refund which would take days.

i was told i would recieve a email whether it’s been put into inventory and sold again to someone else even though i paid for said sweater.. i still haven’t received a email and can’t get an answer other than “we will get back with you”

will never order again!

Bad Customer Service

I tried to by online, they did not place the order BUT did charge me for it.
Tried to contact them through e-mail, they didn't respond, then I called; after 20 min wait they picked up and said there is nothing they can do... now I have to fight my bank to get my money back.

UTC mall

UTC mall. Sarasota Florida. Not everyone is a size small or large. Literally no sizes over XL at all. I know plenty of men who are XXL XXXL. Can you elaborate please

Terrible customer non-service!!!!

ORdered something and realized within a second it was being sent to the wrong (old) address. I sent an email that clearly wasn't going to be answered and referred to their 800 number. An hour later, I have listened to the same 30 minute recording of country music and no one ever picked up. I attempted to call the corporate office and got the same recording. Their "online chat" is off line at 3 pm. Really unacceptable.

You will NEVER get your refund on a return... :(

Oh my gosh... the items are received in a timely manner and are cute but IF YOU ARE EVEN A BIT UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SIZE, do NOT order from them!! I ordered a bikini that with duties ended up being $394. For ONE bikini. Which is fine - it looked cute, I bought it. It was cute but huge so returned it with UPS tracking and it has been almost 5 weeks since returning it and no refund. Like everyone here says, same canned "We're SO popular and SO busy we'll get to you as soon as we can!" email. NO personal contact, no help. I called and requested a refund finally. The friendly guy said "sure! Within 3 days." Guess what? No refund. I have had to go through paypal now and waste more time. I hate to do this but I am sad b/c I used to love buying their clothing in Naples, FL... but never again.

Trash customer service

Trash customer service. Sent 14 emails and got the same ‘pre-written’ reply for every one of them. Called and spoke with representative, they did not do what they promised. Worst customer service in US apparel market.

Terrible customer service! Won’t answer phones or emails! Canceled my order on me after I placed my order online for a week and won’t refund my money to my credit card! Why anyone buys from these suckers is beyond me!

Terrible customer service order several…

Terrible customer service order several pieces over a month ago. And still haven’t received them! As soon as I bought my items they went on sale 30% off I’ve emailed 3 times and called with no answer from customer service and been on hold for 20 minutes to try and speak with someone to no avail. I will NEVER shop here again and will tell others not to waste their time and money!!!!!! And yes as another wrote for the Love that is all good in the world change that terrible music! It is a form of punishment dealing with y’all in the first place and then on top of it to have to listen to such horrific music!!!

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered several shirts on June 4th. Today is the 21st and my order has yet to ship, but that’s not the worst part. I have emailed them, no response. I have called them MULTIPLE times, waiting on hold for an hour just to try to talk to someone and can’t get anyone on the phone. I have even tried contacting them through their Facebook to try to get ahold of someone about my order! I bought several items, some being birthday gifts which I thought surely would be here in plenty of time at the time of my order but now most likely won’t make it in time. This is the first bad review I have ever left for a company because it has been the worst experience ever. Absolutely ridiculous that a place this big and well known has such horrible customer service.

i have spent the better part of three…

i have spent the better part of three weeks trying to communicate with their return dept but all you get is useless emails that all say the same thing, no one answers their phones at customer service. i got ahold of someone once, they gave me a number to call after i looked something up and the number is no good. this company sucks at customer services. all i heAR IS SONGS THEY PLAY.

I placed an order for three items which…

I placed an order for three items which were to be a birthday gift. After ordering, the ship date changed. Ok, I tried to be patient and understanding of that occurrence. I then received an email that two of the three items had been shipped. I called customer service to inquire about the third item. I was told it was on back order and she didn’t know when it would be available. As this was for a birthday gift and it apparently was not going to make it in time I asked her to cancel it. She put me on hold and when she came back told me she had canceled it. A few days later I received an email stating two of the items I had actually received had been canceled. I called customer service again and after being on hold (listening to the ridiculous hold music)for ten minutes or more was told the item had actually not been canceled and had shipped. First, too late. I do not need the shirt. Secondly, even though I will receive credit for the shirt upon returning it, with all the technology available today I feel spending an accumulated time of an hour either on hold or speaking with customer service is not good PR for a company. I do like their products and will continue to order from them. My hope is that vineyard vines will spend a greater effort training their customer service people and get their act together on cancellations. This has turned out to be a time consuming and frustrating purchase. I hope my next one goes much smoother. And PLEASE change your on hold music! 😂

Collars stretched out.

I bought two of VV short sleeved, V-neck striped t-shirts. They were a little under 40$ Per shirt. After the FIRST wash the collars on both had stretched out. I can’t seem to reshape them either. I’m super frustrated and don’t have the receipts so I haven’t tried to return them.

I have purchased from Vineyard Vines two times and BOTH times, my order was cancelled stating the items were out of stock. It’s funny how the full price items were delivered but the “on sale” items have been cancelled!!!! I’m done with them! Don’t sell items you do not have on hand!!!!

I have been a customer of Vineyard Vines for years

I have been a customer of Vineyard Vines for years. However, their return policy is incredibly inefficient and archaic, at best. There isn’t an online shop, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, that takes up to 60 days to process a return during this pandemic!! Are they using an abacus? Do they not have anyone that’s tech savvy in their return department? No computers?? Any company that can immediately take money from my account when I place an order, can certainly process a return within two weeks. If they are so backed up with processing returns, that doesn’t say much about the products they are selling (at very high prices!). Get with the program, tieguys!!

Nashville store rocks!!!

I recently visited the Nashville store to make some online returns from Christmas. As always they were so very helpful and friendly. The delightful employees on this day were Jill & Josh. I often place orders online and then take any returns to my local store. Because they are always consistently welcoming, friendly and fun I look forward to visiting their store and always end up lingering shopping and buying more. Shopping is supposed to be fun, right? I wish other stores could learn from these folks and not make going into their brick & mortar locations so miserable. Thanks again Jill & Josh, you guys are awesome!!!!!😊
