I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They heavily advertise a 30-day money-back GUARANTEE, but when I requested a refund within the stated policy period, they refused to honor it.
Despite following their refund process and meeting the requirements outlined in their policy, I was met with excuses, delays, and ultimately a denial of my refund request. A guarantee is only meaningful if a business is willing to stand behind it, and unfortunately that was not the case here.
This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. Businesses should be transparent and honor the promises they make to customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company, especially if their money-back guarantee is an important factor in your decision.
Customer trust is built on integrity, and refusing to honor a clearly advertised refund policy is not a good way to treat paying customers.

Purchased a new software SHOPREEL AI via JVZOO, Day 1 the software did not perform as promised in the videos or offers on website, The video that rendered was horrible, poor , generic and not AI at all. I immediately requested a refund within the 14days of purchase. I got an email advising I would get a refund and never did. here is the actual email: Hi Penn,

BEWARE this software is a complete scam! They have a 100% refund policy in 14-days if you aren't satisfied. I WASN'T SATISFIED IN THE FIRST DAY and initiated the process. That was in 2025 and I'm still getting messages from support to "troubleshoot" my problems.

Just dispute the credit card charge it will save you days, weeks, months, and years at this point to see your money again!

A complete scam. I bought the AI ​​Reputors software and it never worked. They do nothing and refuse to give refunds. Don't buy any of their products; they are completely unreliable!

Everything has gone wrong with this company. I bought some software or a cloud app that hasn't worked properly since I bought it. It wouldn't create videos. I was only able to create one once, and it had no audio and didn't create subtitles. I couldn't upload my own music. Everything is a problem. I write to them and they give me the same response but don't solve the problem. Everything has been a problem since I bought the product, and now who is responsible for refunding my money for not delivering what they offer? I want them to solve my problem.

I purchased ShopReel AI on 11/27/25, paying $37 for the main product and $230 for the bundle. Unfortunately, the software did not work as advertised. The video generator repeatedly malfunctioned, got stuck on a single image, cut full scripts down to a few weak sentences, and eventually stopped working entirely with 500 error codes.

I requested a refund within 24 hours, well within their advertised 14‑day “no‑questions‑asked” money‑back guarantee. Instead of honoring their policy, the seller (VineaSX / Abhi Dwivedi) stalled, ignored my requests, and repeatedly redirected me without providing a solution.

When I opened a dispute with Citibank, the vendor suddenly became responsive... BUT only to pressure me to drop the dispute. They implied they would help if I closed the case, but their communication was inconsistent and misleading. Citibank ultimately refunded the $37 charge (because VineaSX agreed to refund only that amount) but closed the $230 dispute due to a Mastercard technicality (VineaSX got Citibank on not waiting 15 days before doing the chargeback), unrelated to the product itself.

After the dispute closed, I contacted the vendor again to request the refund directly. They stopped responding. JVZoo confirmed the vendor was still claiming the transaction was “in dispute,” even though Citibank had already notified them of the closure. This left me with no refund and no support.

Ultimately, JVZoo sided with the vendor because I opened a dispute that didn't close in my favor, and I lost $230 when VineaSX refused to honor its refund guarantee and avoided accountability at every step. Based on my experience, I strongly RECOMMEND avoiding this product (ShopReel AI) and this vendor (VineaSX / Abhi Dwivedi).

Promised to refund me, but didnt. Bought their software BuzzAgentsAI, it is buggy didnt work well. I raised a dispute with the credit card company. And they agreed to refund me after I withdraw the dispute. After which, they stopped responding to my email with no refunds in sight.

The features promised during purchase were not delivered. After pointing this out, the company stopped responding completely. I’ve now opened a PayPal dispute.

I had the same experience as TamTee and everyone else. I thought I would be protected by PayPal's dispute service, but I just got screwed. I didn't realize (purposeful on PayPal's part - no email or other notices received) that I had to "escalate" my dispute in order for it to become an actual claim.

So, I just got an email notice today that it had timed out and it was closed now in favor of the seller, and I can not re-open the dispute. $400 wasted.

Avoid this company and all of their products. They are big seller on JVZoo. They apparently release a new uncompleted software almost monthly. I bought their Offices AI with both upgrades. Big mistake on my part. They didn't deliver the software upgrades and I suspect that it's probably because they don't exist. They just sent me a bunch of garbage digital products that I didn't want. When I requested a refund they offered me a credit for more of their garbage products and I refused. They said they would refund me and then stopped responding to my emails so I disputed with Paypal. Then they kept trying to bully me into dropping the dispute saying the funds were locked because of the dispute and they couldn't refund until I closed the dispute (total lie). They knew that if I closed the case I couldn't reopen it. I kept the case open and still waiting to hear on it. They are absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost.

I bought several apps and none of them is working properly. I spent hours writing emails to the support team getting useless videos that didn't fix any problem. It's a complete scam. Don't waste your time and money please!

Purchased an AI Sellers megabundle which is crap, via these "people".
After 2 weeks of emails and after admitting i was entitled to a refund I got an offer of a $400 coupon to buy more of their crap!!!

I purchased the aireputors product in late March. After two months it is still not working as described, and customer service has gone dark.
This is supposed to be a scraper that will identify businesses in a specific niche and geographic area. They indicate that it will pull a website URL, GBP listing, email address, and more.
I find that it does no such thing. For example, a list of 35 fencing companies the scraper found zero website URLs, so of course no email addresses. It did find GBP listings. When I do a simple Google search for these companies I find all of them have websites.
These results were duplicated across several searches.
Scraper technology is not new...perhaps Vineasx should hire someone who has worked with it before!

I had a negative experience with VineaSX and Clipsreel AI. The video quality was poor and didn't meet the promised standards, causing delays in my project. Additionally, their customer service was unhelpful and rude. I struggled to get clear answers, and the team was not supportive.

The platform itself is also not user-friendly, which made the process even more challenging. Considering the high prices they charge, I expected a lot better service and quality. I recommend looking for other video production services that offer better quality and customer support. Using VineaSX and Clipsreel AI might end up being a waste of time and money. The owner, Abhi Dwivedi, is a well known scammer with numerous negative reviews all over the Internet.

I purchased a website creation service from this company called AIWA22. I paid close to $600 in total. After having to create multiple support tickets because it was impossible to log in, I quickly realized that the product was unfinished and did not fulfill its promises at all. Therefore, I requested a refund 8 days later. They tried to retain me. Then, finally, when I insisted, they told me they refused to refund me even though their website and offer stated a 14-day refund period. So, I initiated a dispute with PayPal. Then, another person from their service contacted me, committing to refund me if I canceled this claim, which I did. Afterwards, they came up with all sorts of false pretexts, such as the cancellation supposedly not appearing on their side. And finally, when I cornered them by proving they were lying, they told me they refused to refund me. So, I filed a complaint for scam with PayPal, who confirmed that this company was on their radar. An investigation is underway at PayPal.

Stay away from this company. they are a scam company. Sold a product, reduced the limits then tell you to contact a completely different company even though their company is listed on the website. The product i bought was DLeads which was meant to have 500 weekly searches. They now reduce it to 14 weekly (2 per day) yet still advertise it as 500 weekly. And they don't give a crap about their customers. Avoid or get scammed.
