Damn scam website. I have placed order or earbud but never get the product. Will never buy from small web again!

Definitely a ZERO would be appropriate.

Waited 5 months to receive the purchased items. And surprised there is no chsrging clip so I can not tell if it works or not. And there are no earbuds either
A total scam

Ordered headphones months ago but I never received them. It is a fraud. Also, I have emailed them twice and I have received the same response so I presume it is automatic which means they don't answer you back.

It’s a fraud, I asked PayPal for refund but they want the cheap items they sent instead the one I bought back. If I sent that will cost more than the refund....

Screw this website, total scam. Took my $30, I ordered a 2-in-1 bluetooth wireless smartwatch, I received a stupid knockoff earbud, hope the makers of this website get arrested for frauding people, I hope I get my money back. NEVER TRUST FAKE WEBSITES LIKE VINDA!!!

Fake site! We didn't receive our watches.

Scam site. I ordered two products, received one, which was nothing like what I ordered. Luckily I used Paypal and am covered by buyers protection, so I get my money back.

It's sad that we even have to put a star... This site is a complete SCAM!!! Beware they are using other names now that alot of people caught on to VINDA, I was scammed just like everyone else I ordered 2 watches with earbuds, there has to be something that can be done they should be charged with FRAUD!!!

TOTAL SCAM I ordered watch with earbuds and got a cheap ear piece . Site is down so no contact now let's see what paypal have to say ,but after reading other reviews it doesn't look good . This is the last time I buy from a site on Facebook .

Its a Fraud Site we made the payment without any inquiry. Never ever TRUST this SITE. Got SCAMMED. Please people read the reviews and check if its genuine. CURSING this SITE. Horrible experience. Thanks for teaching us a lesson on ONLINE SHOPPING.

I ordered the same product many of you are saying you ordered It was a smartwatch with earbuds. Or trackbuds. I got a cheap smart bracelet that was called the m4. It literally fell apart within like 10 minutes of wearing it. I thought I would be safe because they had return policies and other guarantees in place, so what was the worst that could happen? It is probably about 3 weeks in, and probably 8 emails and a phone call all just ignored. I hope I can get my money back.

I am another victim of the same fraud, the shop is now closed, still Paypal decided in their favor by not reimbursing the money I paid for the same trackbuds watch (while they sent a very low quality handsfree from the year 2000)

Update : 5th of December 2019
After many emails, PayPal reopened the case, got no answer from the seller and ruled in my favor. I wish that all victims of vinda.online manage also to get their money back and to all potential new victims to read these reviews to avoid all clones of the fraudulent site (unfortunately they are back FB under different names, they managed to get even on amazon)

It's a fake site, they screwed me like many other users! I purchased a bracelet with two bluetooth headphones for about $ 30, but unfortunately I received a tampered and low quality bluetooth headset. The package on arrival was all crushed and ruined. I asked for a refund through PayPal; now I'll see what happens.

Should be Allowed to post -5 star. Total scam merchant. NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THESE.

I ordered a track watch and waited weeks for a shipment . When I finally received shipment the item was a knock off earbud and not the item I purchased from them. This is a scam website.
Their customer service contact is a fake auto response also
