Immensely dissapointed long time customer
Unfortunately I feel like this review is also a waste of time, but I guess it feels good to vent somewhere . I’m exhausted to rehash the customer service issues I had over a shirt order that didn’t match what the product was online, but bottom line customer service is a joke and there is no number to call. Reading the other reviews, there appears to be no real number to call (on purpose), and you have to wait minimum 24 hrs for responses. It took me a week of this nonsense all just to get back to “return order and we’ll refund full amount “, oh and here’s a number to another brick and mortar location near you that you can call to see if you can have them get you the right shirt. Jerkoffs….I liked the brand and clothes , but this can’t be rewarded . They deserve to sink if they don’t care about taking care of people that are trying to buy their clothes and get insulting negligence responses . Signing off….hugely disappointed customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere on principle .

They do not offer any customer service to international buyer, unless you can be satisfied by “self service “ ready made standardized responses to standardized questions webpage on the link they will redirect you to,
for their customer service email address shown on the Vince.com website is no longer their primary contact for international buyers.
Maybe mention that you don’t have human assistance for international clients next to it?
In addition it’s not like they cover the expenses for international returns.
I liked the products, but they’re not worth it for me to be working in their stead reading their encyclopedia without a solution for their problem.

I have been waiting for my refunds almost a month. I called the customer service (800-960-2231) several times and wrote them the emails. Nobody answered the phone and all the robotic email response. I am very frustrated and could not believe Vince provides such a horrible customer service!! I will give 0 star if I can.

Great when things go on sale
Great when things go on sale. I have a wool/cashmere blend sweater and it pills too easily. The pieces from years ago are amazing quality. However, I will say the one thing that Vince does well is cashmere. Their cashmere is great quality as of 2021 and worth the price (on sale). I'll pick up a piece or two and hopefully they'll keep quality top notch on other items too. Overall, nice line and even better on sale

I wish that I had read these reviews before I bought online from Vince. I have been trying to return items now for over 3 months from outside the USA. The returns portal doesn't recognize my order numbers ('we cant return an item that hasn't been dispatched') and I have sent dozens of emails to Vince's customer service email address and their Global-E 'partner' at a different email address, but to no avail. There is no customer phone number I can use from outside the USA. It has been such an awful time wasting experience that I will not be repeating. In the meantime, I still have the items that I wish to return!

I ordered and received leggings that were too small. I contacted Vince and was told that I had to return the leggings, no exchange process. I tried to re-order the same leggings in a larger size. My "special" code was not accepted. Phone message said I was calling at the wrong time, no matter what time of the day or night that I called. No replies to my emails. STAY AWAY FROM VINCE

Terrible. Similar situation to the reviewer below. No email confirm with your order, takes days and days to ship. Their price adjustment policy is awful- leading to a similar situation of trying to return and rebuy the product at the lower price while they hold your money hostage. It’s really insulting to someone who probably spends $1500-2k a year on their clothing. Literally the email chain I have with customer service is so incompetent it’s laughable. Order their clothes from Nordstrom/neimans and save yourself the trouble.
I've ordered a double breasted coat…
I've ordered a VINCE double breasted coat online ( their website). I paid a price for it to only see it cheaper later. I didn't wear my coat so I called customer service ( they never answer the calls but this time they did!) I spoke with a representative who told me that I was able to return my coat and buy it again, at a cheaper sale price online. I did, but I asked her if my purchase went trough and she said yes everything was ok and sent me an email with a confirmation number for my new coat. She also asked me to return my original coat as soon as possible which I did. I returned it as soon as I got my return label the same day.
Now my coat is not being shipped, only a dress I've bought with it. Where is my coat? They made me return my beautiful coat just to take it back from me and not send me my new purchase and now it shows as sold out online. I'm not happy as I'm a VERY good customer. I kept calling since last week, the number doesn't work anymore. I tried several times. They really need to fix their customer service, if they don't send me my coat back I'm done with this company. I'll replace the brand with many other ones I also like. I'll be sad to do it 'cause I like their clothes but I feel betrayed over this. I feel almost like they stole the coat from me. I even sent emails and no answer, nothing. Is like they really don't care about their customers...BTW they will be receiving my coat tomorrow ( that's what FEDEX shows in the shipping tracking app, hopefully they send it back to me).

Update: I just got an answer after posting this review before I edited it with my update. It says the coat is sold out, sorry. I just answered they will receive mine tomorrow and they should send it back to me. Waiting for a response now.

If I could give a negative review I would. I have called and emailed multiple times about a couple issues with recent orders that I have had recently and received literally NO response. These emails and calls have occurred over the course of weeks. I kept having to leave messages on a machine that clearly no one listens to. My emails go completely unresponded to. What kind of a company that offers clothing at this cost treats their customers in such a way? It is a shame because I happen to love their clothing but will seek out another company to support due to their unfortunate treatment of repeat customers.

bought vince thinking it has more versatile and energetic design.
cucinelli's wool cashmere blend had not pill for a few season's use (to an extent that needs to be shaved, but very tiny bit underarm), and vince's wool cashmere shirt pilled after a week's wear.

used to be a fan of this brand until... contacted customer service for a simple return. not only did they refuse to acknowledge their lack of clarity to describe the condition of the products (non-refundable) on the website, their products also look extremely different from the model pictures.
This is the first time i spend my time leaving a bad review for a brand out of years shopping online. their products do not worth the price. the customer service will be the living hell for you.

If you are an international online shopper DO NOT purchase anything unless you know your size exactly. What lets this company down is the apalling shipping service - Global E. They do not acknowledge or respond to messages, emails and no telephone numbers provided. Returns are at the shoppers expense and are exhorbitant!!!! Australia back to the US approximately $50.00. As yet no refund, and tracking confirmed parcel arrived 3 weeks ago. In 30 years of shopping online, Global E is the worst shipping organisation I have EVER come across. When I tried to follow up with Vince, they were just as incompetent - no replies, happy to 'pass the buck'. Will never purchase another Vince item on principle.

The absolute worst, fraudulent customer service. They sent me the wrong item, refused to send me the correct item or refund me and then tried to make me pay to ship the incorrect item back. No one would ever answer the phone. FRAUDS! I had to dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

Avoid Ordering Online
I would advise international customers to not order with Vince, as their customer service is pure incompetence. I ordered a boot, which took almost two weeks for them to even pick my order for shipment, despite their apparent policy of 3-4 business days for shipment. I had a feeling based on that, that there would be an issue with my order. After three weeks I received the boots I had ordered and they were the wrong style. Of course after this wait time, I was incredibly annoyed. Further to this, the original style I had ordered, is now completely sold out and not available for purchase. Rather than address the situation, the only response I received was a return shipping label. It is an inconvenience for me to now go all the way to a DHL location to return an item I never purchased. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, via global-e, with no one available to speak other then by an automated email response. I have not received any follow-up in 4 days regarding this issue. If they are unable to manage their own retail operations, they should stick to wholesale.
