This is what happens if you ask for a refund after realizing that the parcel is not on its way to you

This is how Vinasco is dealing with situation when you ask for a refund after your parcel hasen't arrived and is not picked up by the courier as there is no valid tracking number:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for your message, and happy holidays to you too.

I completely understand your wish for more clarity regarding the refund. I’d like to explain the situation transparently.

Unfortunately, in cases like this, the refund process takes longer because we must first receive confirmation and reimbursement from the courier for the lost parcel before we are able to finalize the refund on our side. This step is outside of our direct control and can take some time, which we know is frustrating.

This is exactly why we proposed sending you a completely free replacement order — to avoid any further delays and ensure you receive the items without having to wait through a lengthy courier investigation process.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and I’ll make sure everything is handled as smoothly as possible for you.

Poor Customer Service for Refunds

I purchased glassware in June 2025. I received email stating my order was processed and shipped. It is November 2025 and I have NOT received my purchased items. This company is fraudulant and has misleading practices. I requested a refund a month ago and have not received that either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Perfect gift for all occassions

I ordered the wine glasses and wooden coasters for my valentine and myself during Valentine's day as a gift. The products are brilliant, the only glitch is the delivery providers can be reconsidered.

My reason is because it took 3 failed delivery attempts for the product to finally arrive, it was way beyond valentines day. Secondly, the wooden box was dented which was sad.

However, Vinasco did a brilliant job to replace a complete set of wine glass with perfect wooden box again. Their service recovery was awesome. The products are amazing too. We and our guests loved and complimented the chicness! Will absolutely recommend without hesitant!

Item finally delivered 5 months later

Ordered the item 3rd week of November to have the items as Xmas presents for in-laws. Customer service is ridiculously slow - not servicing. Finally, they replied saying that they will refund and send the item again.

My in laws have received the item as of this week. Please be wary that if there is a need to consult customer service, it will take time. Problems also won't be proactively informed.

I at least appreciate the team reaching out and rectifying the situation.

A solid, beautiful product

I purchased the round, wooden coasters for my glasses. They are beautiful, most elegant and functional.
My order arrived quickly and was expertly packed to keep them in mint condition. I am very pleased with this purchase and I will be back to shop again.

Whiskey glasses with coasters

It took almost 3 months to receive the whiskey, glasses and coasters that were supposed to be for my husband for Christmas. However, once they finally came, he really does love them. The quality of the glasses and the coasters are beautiful and one of a kind.

Order arrived, at last!

It has been quite challenging receiving my order of the 2 aequilibrium glasses made on the end of november. It was supposed to be delivered before Xmas. Unfortunately the French post lost the parcel which never found its way home...

Luckily Vinasco resent me a couple of the fabulous glasses which arrived right away a few days ago.
The products and the box are so beautiful.
It was worth it waiting sooooo long for them!

Whisky glasses

Ordered some glasses as a Christmas present. Beautiful presentation box but the glasses were a little smaller than we expected so we asked to return them. Giovanni gave us several options for exchange or refund and was very helpful.

Excellent customer service!

I ordered 2 sets of these spirits glasses. They are beautiful!! Five star company too! One of the four glasses was found to be cracked during shipping. With very quick response time I was shipped a new set to make it right. My gifts were well received and I am very impressed with the response time and hassle free service I received.

The box is itself is already premium. Solid with a nice magmatic lid.
The glasses are fine, delicate, perfect shape.
The shape of the glasses are such that the aromas are kept and not lost through the design.

These people are the best

These people are the best. I had ordered something for a Christmas present and somehow my address was incorrect so the Post Office could not do anything about it. I contacted the company and spoke to Giovanni who was extremely pleasant and helped resolve the issue. I am very pleased with the outcome and will absolutely buy from them again as well as refer them to my friends. Keep up the good work.

Not arrived

Ordered on the 24th November. Been in transit since the 12th December. Missed my partners birthday and even xmas even though it stated it would arrive by xmas. Sent an email and got a response that they would look into the delay, nothing since. I am now leaving the country for 2 months, so it will probably be sent back as no one home to receive it. Hopefully I have not been scammed, but I feel I will never receive the gift.

My sister loved them!

These were a Christmas gift for my sister and she absolutely loved them! I ordered the glasses the first of December and as of Christmas Eve, they still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to Customer Service and they were very apologetic about the delay. Then, the glasses arrived the day after Christmas. But they were so beautiful and worth the wait.

I just LOVE these glasses

I just LOVE these glasses! I bought the #1’s for a family member, as well as for myself, and we both love them! I really notice a difference in how the whiskey breathes with these. So well made, and a real pleasure to serve with.

Measure twice, cut once

Ordered glasses in a pretty box sold as made in Italy. Received glasses in a cheap box from China through a Polish company.
Are the glasses good? Yes, very much so.
Are they in any way unique and match the set price? Not really, see AliExpress/Temu/wherever.
Did the company do the import process and paid duties? Yes, it was as easy as it gets.
Was it a scam? Was it a deception? Was it a creatively written website and neatly filled market gap? I will let you decide while enjoying my Scotch from an overpriced but cool glass.
(I may craft a new case though.)

PS The package contained a request for an online review in exchange for a 15€ voucher, without any details how to actually get it. Keep this in mind when reading all reviews.
