Terrible communication and service. Overall lazy company
Communication from the company is nonexistent and is always in Dutch even when it is known that the tenant is an English speaker. One year after ending the contract myself and other tenants received additional costs that were supposedly claimed in the contract and leaflet which is never explained to the tenant. The service is also unhelpful and unfriendly. I was told that my lost property was not located at the house post-move after it was searched for during checkout inspection by Villex, however After asking a friend to check it was found in the exact place I asked them to check... I would not recommend staying with Villex as my friends and I have had many issues with them.
